It will double the pleasant moments you spend by the pool, with its renewed atmosphere, special coffee assortments, refreshing drinks, and special presentations.
We loved our stay. The only thing we didn’t like that much is that it is very much geared up for Russians. The staff speaks Russian well but not so much English.

Calling this a 5-star hotel is honestly quite ambitious. Housekeeping apparently considers unmade beds, used tissues and plastic wrappers left around the room to be “clean.” We waited days for an iron, only to have a staff member aggressively bang on our door at 00:30 to get it back — because apparently midnight wake-up calls are part of the luxury experience.
The “all-inclusive” food wasn’t much better: watered-down orange juice, cold and bland dishes, and even undercooked chicken.
If this is 5-star hospitality, I’d hate to see what they consider 3-star. Management seriously needs to rethink its standards.

Good experience, friendly staff, clean amenities, my only complaint will be regarding the land of legends part, the free transport timings are not convenient, overall the guest experience should be improved, I think your All Accurr app should be utilized to serve guests with information, not sure if it’s though as it wasn’t available when I checked

After arriving at reception, I was kept waiting for a considerable amount of time. Eventually, I asked to speak with the person in charge and requested that they be called. I was then informed that payment had not yet been received from the agent and that the hotel was waiting for confirmation.

In other words, I had fully met my obligations as a customer: I had paid in advance and had a valid voucher confirming my booking.
If, as your staff claimed, the agent had not yet transferred the payment to you, or if you were still waiting for payment confirmation, then this was clearly a financial or communication matter between you and the agent you work with. As a customer, I cannot be held responsible for your internal payment, settlement, or confirmation procedures.
This raises a very simple question: if I had already paid for my reservation and was holding a valid voucher confirming it, on what reasonable grounds could you justify making me wait at reception for 40 minutes?
If the voucher I presented was not considered sufficient confirmation by your hotel, that again reflects an issue in the cooperation and coordination between you and your agent—not an issue caused by me. Such matters should be resolved professionally and directly with the agent rather than by leaving the customer waiting at reception for an unreasonable amount of time.
Furthermore, when I expressed my dissatisfaction, the attitude of the staff gave me the impression that somehow I was at fault and that my complaint was unreasonable. The attempt to present the reason for making me wait as normal, justified, or acceptable was particularly disappointing and is simply unacceptable to me.
What disappointed me most was not only the 40-minute wait, but also the unprofessional way the situation was handled, the lack of clear and timely communication, and the fact that responsibility for an issue between the hotel and its agent was indirectly shifted onto the customer.
As a customer, I had already paid for my reservation, arrived with a valid voucher confirming my booking, and had every reasonable right to expect professional and efficient service. Any financial, administrative, or communication issue between the hotel and its agent should never be treated as the customer’s responsibility or negatively affect the quality of service provided to the customer.

Calling this a 5-star hotel is honestly quite ambitious. Housekeeping apparently considers unmade beds, used tissues and plastic wrappers left around the room to be “clean.” We waited days for an iron, only to have a staff member aggressively bang on our door at 00:30 to get it back — because apparently midnight wake-up calls are part of the luxury experience.
The “all-inclusive” food wasn’t much better: watered-down orange juice, cold and bland dishes, and even undercooked chicken.
If this is 5-star hospitality, I’d hate to see what they consider 3-star. Management seriously needs to rethink its standards.

Good experience, friendly staff, clean amenities, my only complaint will be regarding the land of legends part, the free transport timings are not convenient, overall the guest experience should be improved, I think your All Accurr app should be utilized to serve guests with information, not sure if it’s though as it wasn’t available when I checked

We are highly satisfied with our stay at your hotel. The staff is exceptionally polite, the hotel is very neat, and it provides plenty of facilities. Even though hotel is ABIT far from airport and transfer is expensive, stay is far worth the cost. High standart of Rixos is conforting and fun. We were so happy with the stay we booked another vacation at the 2nd day of our stay.

Overall, our experience was mixed.
The Club Diamond Villa was wonderful, and the services provided there were top-notch. However, we experienced a frustrating issue during check-out when it took over 45 minutes for our luggage to be delivered to the lobby.
On the other hand, the main hotel room building was very disappointing. The building is outdated and old, and the room felt more like a student dorm. The linens and furnishings were old, had a noticeable bad odor, and were not changed at all throughout our entire stay.

Rixos Sungate was my first hotel from this chain, which I visited as part of a business trip. Given the brand's reputation and the other Rixos hotels we visited, I had quite high expectations. I don't like writing negative reviews because the hotel has huge potential, but honestly, I think it currently suffers from very poor organization and logistics. Overall, my feelings about this stay are very mixed.
➕ What I absolutely loved:
Rixy Kids Club: Absolutely brilliant! The kids' club concept across the entire Rixos chain is amazing and incredibly well-thought-out. Even compared to the other hotels from this brand that we visited, it proves to be the absolute top of the line, and Sungate is no exception. The variety of activities for children is unbelievable.
Entertainment & Beach: The outdoor disco is very nice and was a lot of fun. I also really liked the beach restaurant—it was peaceful and much less crowded.
First impression of the room: The room was visually beautiful, luxurious, and the complimentary minibar is a great benefit.
➖ What needs significant improvement:
Confusing logistics and layout: The resort is massive. Finding the way from our room to the restaurant was quite a challenge—even though we followed the signs, we ended up at the reception twice. I was honestly afraid to go anywhere because I was worried about getting lost. We always had to carefully plan and calculate every walk back to the room to make sure we could make it on time.
Chaos in the main restaurant: This was a bit much. The dining area was packed to the brim, incredibly stuffy inside, and there was a 20-minute queue for meat. Finding a place to sit was a major issue, and the tables weren't prepared. I couldn't find cutlery anywhere, so I had to go and take it from another table. The staff was completely overwhelmed (which I don't blame them for), but a hotel of this calibre desperately needs more staff, self-service beverage stations, and at least 3 main restaurants included in the all-inclusive program.
Room details: There is only one tiny shelf for toiletries in the shower. When two women are sharing a room with their own cosmetics, there is no way it fits (I had to keep my things on the floor). The hotel provides a body sponge, but there are no shelves or hooks to hang it or the towels (there were only hooks for bathrobes). The toilet door wouldn't close properly, and while the minibar featured glass bottles with metal caps, there was no bottle opener in the room.
Dining misses: The beach restaurant served plain, dry spaghetti without any sauce. When I asked the staff for sauce, they pointed me to the meat sauces—barbecue and sweet chilli, which really don't go well with pasta (the food selection there was generally smaller, but that wouldn't have minded so much).
Service: This was the first hotel of this tier where no one took our luggage to the room upon arrival. I have no problem carrying my own bags, but at a Rixos, I would somewhat expect this service.
Conclusion:
It was definitely a huge experience, but I probably wouldn't choose this hotel for a private holiday. It is really necessary to improve the organization and management of the entire resort. I don't know if anyone will actually read this all the way to the end :D but I wish them the best of luck because they definitely have what it takes to be great!

Geared up to look great on photos but food was terrible, particularly in buffet. Cost for essentials (feminine hygiene products) were extortionate, room was fine but tired, definitely not a 5*. Spent half our time at Land of Legends. Even taxi company recommended by hotel was more expensive than local companies. Definitely not good for active teenagers.

Firstly, I’d like to begin by saying that we had a very enjoyable time and really liked the hotel. With that being said there are a few improvements which would have improved the experience.

- Hotel staff were often distracted and multitasking, meaning it was challenging to get a drink at dinner
- Staff would forget that you have asked for a drink and frequently we had to ask a staff member 2 or 3 times.
