This was our second visit to Belgrade but our first time in this hotel and it was an excellent choice. Not just the location but atmosphere and service. Because we landed late and were off very early we used the airport pick up service which the hotel kindly arranged and we felt it was worth it and a lot less stressful than trying to arrange a cab at 3.30 am. The general service was excellent and staff really were first rate. Serbia is a very warm and welcoming place but even so we were really made to feel at home here and loved our stay just a week before Christmas [western calendar]. Excellent breakfast and we adored the Ivo Andric theme making the hotel more boutique than chain. This will be our go to place when are next back in Belgrade.

Everything was perfect since my first contact with the hotel when I asked for a quiet room and they prompt answered to me. Milica and all the front office staff is super friendly and helpful. The lobby is beautiful, the room was super cozy, clean and had a comfortable bed. Breakfast with variety of items. The hotel is super well located, on the square of the Parliament and Stari Dvor Old and Novi Dvor. I strongly recommend it.

elevator eas out of order rooms need reconstruction (esp bathroom; no hot water / needs 5 min ...)

I chosen this hotel to celebrate my honeymoon. Centrally located easy to move around, walking distance to the city center. Breakfast was good could be better to offer local foods or cheeses. The hotel itself has historically value.
