Did not get room booked via the Accor website though staff insisted we did until showed the a picture and discription from there own web site to compare our booking to room supplied cockroaches ran rampant at night in ? Kitchenette area breakfast needed to be specific called continental and was not advertised as such ripped off if not for the view and staff that went out of there way to make amends for poor management and advertising

The location of the hotel is fantastic. It is overlooking the ocean and you have uninterrupted views with the ocean breeze on a warm summer”s day making it very pleasant in your room. Rooms are very clean and bathroom is a decent size. It’s very reasonably priced which is good. Minor criticisms are not enough car spots in either the onsite or on the spots for hotel guests on the side road. Also showered pressure is very poor. Not really a criticism as it is personal preference, but bed is way too hard.

The hotel is in a good location overlooking Town Beach and an easy walk downtown and to restaurants. The room had a lovely shady balcony. The rooms with seaviews had very sunny balconies. We had a problem with the washing machine charging us but not working and the staff were very helpful. The room was spacious.

Average motel room that has some age but clean...Its a 3 star not 4 star. Check in was terrible after hours.Had to do this over the phone and gave multiple forms of ID despite being a premium member who had allready paid....There systems are lacking badly.20 minutes on the phone at midnight..come on Accor get it together. Breakfast finishes at 9 am sharp ?Wont be back there are much better hotels in Port M

Friendly helpful reception staff. We had a room on the upper floor at the back. No lifts! So beware. The room was basic but clean. The bathroom was big with a corner bath and a shower over the bath - bit of a challenge getting in and out but doable with care. The location was fantastic! Right on the seafront. Fabulous views. Easy walk into town. Lots of cafes and eateries close by. Coastal path right in front of you.
