We were helped enormously by Melissa after Central Reservations had not changed a booking when we requested it. On our arrival everything had been sorted, and we could not have been happier with our whole experience.

Lovely 3 bedroom apartment with massive balcony and great views of main beach. 10 minute walk to "downtown". The apartment needs a good clean and some minor repairs. BBQ has broken igniter. Wifi worked well. Didn't need aircon because of the sea breezes. Good large tables and kitchen well enough equipped. Good parking underground. No restaurant or bar but there is an Italian restaurant and a cafe in the building and a club just around the corner.

Carpet was musty - hadn't been vacuumed or cleaned in ages; bathroom floor was sticky - disgusting. Everything was old and grotty. Not what was expected of this supposed calibre of hotel and definitely not worth the money. Won't stay again.

The furnishings are very old and tired and definitely in need of a refresh for all carpet and furniture.
