While the living area is air conditioned, the bedrooms are not individually air conditioned, which is reflected in the room descriptions. We understand this may not have provided the level of comfort you were expecting, particularly during colder weather. What a complete disappointment. This has to be one of the worst places we've stayed. The property is old, tired and desperately overdue for a refurbishment. It's clear that maintenance is not a priority—the toilet ran continuously all night, even after it was reported and "fixed" making it impossible to get a decent night's sleep. The room was also lacking basic in-room amenities that you'd reasonably expect when paying to stay at a Mantra property. If the run-down accommodation wasn't bad enough, the constant noise certainly was. The neighbouring guests were incredibly loud and completely disrespectful, with children screaming, running around and making an absolute racket from sunrise. Any chance of a relaxing getaway was ruined. For the price charged, this place represents terrible value for money. We left feeling frustrated, exhausted and wishing we'd stayed somewhere else. We will never return and would strongly encourage others to look elsewhere before booking.
