We stay here often and quite like it. Walls are a bit thin though. Was kept awake by snoring in the room next door.

As a Gold Accor member I thought I would get a better class room than that. Very noisy with adjoining room using shared entry. Kids in there up at 6am. I had to sit on the floor to access the miserable small fridge. Never again

The receptionist was efficient helpful and friendly but I was disappointed in the room and was glad it was just an overnight stay I wrongly thought courtyard apartment means courtyard also the unit looked tired and drab

Good location and views. room had a very bad odour - like a wet dog.

I stayed in the Galileo penthouse. The view is superb! The dishes and cooking amenities are top notch. The balcony is a pleasure even on a rainy day. The front desk was super helpful and professional. Missing a perfect score because — The room fell flat with worn mattresses that will prevent you from restful sleep because the foam on the mattresses are dipped from people sleeping—creating ridges and uneven surfaces. The worn loungers and sofas sink deep and tend to have a bit of an order when you lay down with your face close to the corduroy fabric. Toilets that don’t feature quite close lids.— This is a massive oversight for such a high priced room. SLAM will happen when you’re accustomed to this simple feature. The shower doors are clunky and will open into the space next to the toilet without the ability to open into the shower. The decor is tired and feature dvds without a dvd player and scuffs and marks throughout the room are noticeable and make it feel out dated and in need of finish. One cannot over praise the view and location though. I wanted to love this place but in reality was ultimately let down by the Spa which was heated at or slightly above body temperature. We notified the sunday staff of the low water temperature and visited the next day only to find the same low spa temp. The pool walls show signs of mold and moisture intrusion giving the place a significant B- grade for maintenance and upkeep. All in all good stay, but not great. Again bonus points for the staff that checked us in— he had a remarkable disposition and lovely green eyes with a voice that made us feel we were about to check into a paradise. If the room and maintenance would match his disposition this place could be top notch.

We’re especially concerned to hear about the spa temperature and the condition of the pool area, particularly since you reported the issue during your stay and it was still unresolved the following day. We agree that this should have received more prompt attention. Honest feedback such as yours helps us identify where we need to improve while preserving the things our guests value most. We’re grateful that, despite the disappointments, you recognized the efforts of our staff and the unique setting. The customer service at this hotel surpasses every ALL Accor hotels that I have been to so far, simply the best. I will highly recommend whether for leisure or work, it's perfect! Great views too J I am not sure if I met the manager but if that was you during my checkin, you are amazing and I mean both of you that I had a chance to experience your service during my stay are great and definitely know what you're doing and I think that you should mentor other hotel managers or workers. Thanks so much for making my stay comfortable and memorable.
