Whatever was happening in the conference room on the 6th floor was very loud in the rooms on the 5th floor

Check in friendly, room clean and tidy. No minibar, would be good to have at least water. Breakfast overpriced for what it offers, should be $20 at most. Went elsewhere for breakfast after first morning as a result - that’s even with company paying for it, just not decent value for what was in offer. Breakfast Staff also weird, in that thought it would be a good idea to sing, not just a hum but as in giving everyone a performance for every song that came on and thought that was a good idea. There’s a difference between a good natured hum to a favourite tune if that takes you in the moment versus a full blown audition for Australia’s got talent - just didn’t need that over breakfast.

Pleasant check in staff and parking underneath the hotel. No loyalty welcome or upgrade however was offered welcome drink which is house wine (até) or beers on tap which is a good range. Room looks old and worn and so do the common areas. Did not eat breakfast however I did obtain a barista coffee which was provided free as part of free breakfast for diamond member. Decided to eat outside of restaurant after eating here prior. Lift takes its time as only one servicing the floors. Was waiting at lift when the housekeeper came out of it at 10.10 knowing my room number claiming I was late to checkout (10am) and reception has been calling me to check out. Thanks for your loyalty!

Tried to check in but was told to wait while the dude did something on the computer for about 5 minutes. However he dropped everything when a colleague’s Door Dash order arrived, then he resumed his computer work. He eventually checked us in.
