The room we were in was opposite the elevator and right above the pool. The noise from the pool from children yelling and screaming at 6.30am (apparently that's when the pool opens) was really loud. We could hear every word spoken from the pool and getting woken at 6.30am wasn't great. We could also hear everyone coming and going and conversing in the lift area. Again, late at night, this was definitely not ideal.

The price for a single night was quite steep and the ticket was clipped also for undercover parking and prepaid breakfast. The breakfast buffet was possibly the worst I have ever encountered.

I understand that things happen, the lift was out of everyone’s control. The room not being serviced our first night is pretty ordinary to be honest considering the room rate. Adding to this because of Christmas and public holidays some rooms were not included, in my view is a poor reason, staffing issues are not the customers problem, if I had known this then maybe my choice of stay would of been different. I am not a person to put google reviews and I will still stick with that, please use this as a learning experience.
