Have stayed at the Mecure Centro Port Macquarie a number of times and the rooms are very clean and tidy. Comfy beds. Staff are always friendly and helpful. A special mention to Kylee and Mindy who were very friendly and helpful upon arrival. The restaurant had great food and the staff were good as well.

checkin was 10/10 girls behind the desk were loveley and polite, room on the otherhand was well a very strong smell of bleech or chlorine, almost overpowering. Also a lack of usb outlets for charging, there was a wireless charger but a lot of devices dont take this. Also as a gold member i was suppose to get a room upgrade which didnt happened, the hotel was not very busy

Loved the central location. The rooms were immaculate and had great amenities. The food from the restaurant was excellent, exceeding expectations. Staff service was excellent . I would have scored a 10 except for the high credit card fees and parking costs.
