We liked the location, the beach & pool facilities, and also the rooms. Staff were amazing. Air conditioning was barely working all the time and especially in the afternoon, so sleep was uncomfortable. Breakfast was very limited and of below average quality.

We stayed at the hotel for six days. The property is truly impressive, the rooms are spacious, and the staff was courteous and welcoming throughout our stay. I would first like to highlight something that meant a great deal to us. We arrived to celebrate our daughter’s birthday, and I had informed the hotel in advance. To our delight, we found a beautiful balloon decoration waiting for us in the room. This thoughtful gesture brought great joy to our daughter and to us as parents, and we sincerely thank you for it. This was not our first stay at the hotel. In fact, throughout our five years of marriage, we have chosen this hotel many times and have frequently recommended it to friends and family. On this occasion, two additional families joined us at the resort based on our recommendation. Alongside these positive aspects, I would like to share several points that, in my opinion, require attention and improvement. Breakfast and Dining Experience The breakfast offering was quite limited and below the standard we expected considering the price paid and the reputation of the hotel. Although we paid for six days of accommodation, we only visited the breakfast restaurant twice because the experience was disappointing. Finding a table was often difficult, tables were not cleared and prepared efficiently, and we frequently had to wait for basic table settings. In addition, when we ordered eggs for our baby and an egg sandwich, the food arrived only after we had already finished our meal, and the preparation itself was not satisfactory. Room Service and Housekeeping The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the housekeeping team deserves recognition for that. However, toiletries that should have been replenished daily were often not replaced. Although there were three guests staying in the room, we consistently received only two towels and had to call every day to request an additional one. Even after contacting the service team, the waiting time was often excessive. A bathrobe that had been removed from the room was also not returned for several days despite repeated requests. On one occasion, we requested a glass of regular milk for our daughter and explained that she was upset and that we would appreciate receiving it as quickly as possible. Despite this, nearly an hour passed without the request being fulfilled. Only after a follow-up phone call from my husband did the matter appear to be addressed, and the milk arrived shortly afterward. Pool Area and Sunbeds This is not the first time we have encountered this issue at the hotel, but during this stay it was particularly noticeable. Throughout our vacation, finding available sunbeds by the pool was extremely challenging. We were traveling with several families and young children, and in the intense heat we often spent a significant amount of time searching for a place to sit. On many occasions, we managed to find only a limited number of sunbeds or a single daybed and had to make do as best we could. Our impression was that the issue did not stem from the employees themselves but rather from a shortage of staff and a lack of adequate resources to accommodate the number of guests staying at the resort. I am writing this review with genuine disappointment because I did not expect such an experience from a luxury hotel of this caliber. Furthermore, some of these issues were also present during previous visits, and unfortunately, little appears to have improved. My comments are not directed at the staff members, who seemed to be doing their best under difficult circumstances, but rather at the overall management and operational planning. It was evident that the existing team was struggling to provide the level of service expected for the number of guests staying at the resort. A vacation should be a time to relax and enjoy quality moments with family. It was therefore disappointing to spend so much time dealing with service-related issues instead of fully enjoying our stay. Despite these concerns, I hope this feedback will be received constructively and contribute to improving the guest experience in the future.
