Stayed for a night. Hotel is just basic. Facilities are limited. Beds are too small for even an average built person and move when you seat or lie down. Just okay for an overnight stay. We had dinner and breakfast - both were just average - Positive point was staff was very cooperative and helpful.

Worse hotel we ever stayed across the globe. They gave us two kids with people inside. I had my wife and 3 kids! Risking getting shot by opening a door with people sleeping inside! Not one time but twice on the same day during our checking process. The hotel attendant told at the end it was my fault! Not sure how, since I don’t work there and can no enable keys to open the rooms. Just a very Dangerous situation. Hotel attendant very unprofessional, disrespectful.

We got to the hotel around 1 AM. With a reservation done previously. The front desk person did check us in and charged a little over R$1000,00 per night. They gave me and my family two rooms “connecting rooms” 201 and 203. My wife went up to room 201 with the kids to start getting things ready, I went to park the car and headed up to room 203. When o opened the door 2 people were sleeping inside. Went back to the front desk and they apologized for the incident and gave us two other rooms, this time 301 and 303. We headed up with the front desk person, room 301 was good but room 303 had a girl sleeping inside. The front desk person told me it was my fault because my reservation was not confirmed. Not sure what kind of people manage and work at this hotel, but they all should get fired. I will never stay at Ibis again anywhere in the world in special in Brazil!

Located right next to the airport, it's very convenient if you have a late/early flight. If you don't have too much luggage, it's possible to walk there. Rooms are clean with comfy beds and a well-equipped, functioning bathroom. if you're a bit claustrophobic, the shower could be a problem though. Huge breakfast that caters every taste, specially if you have a sweet tooth. There is not even a bottle of water in your room, that's could be better. Every consumption/meal you have has to be paid on spot - it cannot be added to your room bill.

We stayed whilst waiting 12 hours for a connecting flight. The front desk guy was not friendly and could not be bothered! The room had no indication it was 'Covid' clean and in fact was dirty. The work area wall was filthy, the window had fingerprints all over it and generally the room felt dirty. What a shame as I have stayed before in non Covid times and as this is an IBIS, it is normally adequate. This time it failed.
