The design of the room was flawed: transparent screens dividing the sleeping area from the bathroom serve no function other than to walk into in the middle of the night. The underside rim of the toilet seat is discolored from age, making it appear soiled, but it was just old. The grout in the shower is heavily infested with black mold. I can send photos of the toilet seat and shower. I took them to post reviews if you want. The stone balconies echo with voices from neighboring rooms. The employees were wonderful! Helpful, cheerful, and responsive, without exception: front desk, breakfast crew, housekeepers. It is NOT the fault of the housekeepers that mold is a problem.
