The overall experience was good. However I had a bad experience using the room-service for dinner. I order my food and it took the kitchen one hour and forty five minutes to deliver it to my room. When it arrived the food was almost cold, french fries were soggy. I called room service back and ask them to take it away and to prepare another plate. This time it took almost 30 minutes for them to bring back my food. After that night I order my food from iFood.

My room was very close to the elevator. I woke up several times during the night because the noise.

Nothing special. More concern about room number for breakfast than lack of coffee or scrambled eggs. Insufficient and suspicious maintenance lifts - the indicator light on some floors simply does not stay on creating expectations and confusion.

My room didn't have extra pillows or a blanket. The blackout had holes and I was woken by the sunlight earlier than I wanted to. The sink water was so hot I couldn't wash my face. Very disapointing experience.

The rooms are excellent, the cleanness either, the attendance even better, but the time the restaurant takes to serve a dish is too long (about 40 minutes) and the hotel needs a better hall, more beautiful, functional and comfortable.

The hotel is good and location is perfect to stay in Brasilia. I have problem with my loyalty program. The staff has told me I won’t receive points, welcome drink and upgrade because the travel agency has good rates and the hotel cannot offer me the benefits from Le Club. I complained and after that I have received welcome drink voucher. I have understood the reason but the Hotel could be insert only to count at the night stayed in Le Club

Nice room, but 10 min after I checked in a guest entered the room: staff gave him the same room number and key. Very unpleasant. The fridge is noisy in a very weird way.

The space is comfortable, the staff very nice, good breakfast, but the background machinery noise (even if not loud) is very annoying. When the neighbour shower was used, there was also a loud noise of water, as if it were inside the room.
