The hotel is in front of another building under construction, so bear in mind that they start the works around 6.30 am/7 am ( I don't know very much about work hours related to construction in Brazil). I asked for a change of room, which was promptly granted the very next morning after I arrived. I did ask the kitchen/service room for hot water as I wanted to have coffee or tea in my room, but they wanted to charge R$ 20 + taxes for the water. I went to reception and told them about it, and after an hour was offered a kettle to have in my room. Overall, it was ok, the pool is nice, but the reception team could do better, having one or 2 that went the extra mile, compared to the other hotel I normally stay, which is located 300 meters from there, and it's part of ALL ACCOR too. Apart from that, I also noticed that it is advertised beds queen size, but it looked like a double bed. I stayed with my husband for 6 nights.

The hotel is far from the Mercure standard of accommodation, featuring old rooms, a quality standard far below the indicated hotel category, and excessively expensive for what is offered (the daily rate was that of a 5-star hotel, but the service and accommodation were at most 3-star). On my next trip to Brasília, I will certainly look for an alternative hotel and will recommend to acquaintances that they not stay there.

The linen did not smell so clean. The room service Caesar salad the chicken was quite burned. The room was not the cleanest.
