General state of the facility in disrepair. Elevators in bad shape, internet unusable, could not do any work or meetings. Hallway on 7 floor with holes on ceiling and walls. Room was roomy and clean

a lot of noize from shows outside the buiding. You should start changing windows if sound proof windows, also it's time to redo the room, with more modern furniture and materials in the bathroom and room.

My stay was comfortable. However there was some black mould in my bathroom. The hall way on the 4th floor is poorly lit.

The hotel is in front of another building under construction, so bear in mind that they start the works around 6.30 am/7 am ( I don't know very much about work hours related to construction in Brazil). I asked for a change of room, which was promptly granted the very next morning after I arrived. I did ask the kitchen/service room for hot water as I wanted to have coffee or tea in my room, but they wanted to charge R$ 20 + taxes for the water. I went to reception and told them about it, and after an hour was offered a kettle to have in my room. Overall, it was ok, the pool is nice, but the reception team could do better, having one or 2 that went the extra mile, compared to the other hotel I normally stay, which is located 300 meters from there, and it's part of ALL ACCOR too. Apart from that, I also noticed that it is advertised beds queen size, but it looked like a double bed. I stayed with my husband for 6 nights.

The hotel is far from the Mercure standard of accommodation, featuring old rooms, a quality standard far below the indicated hotel category, and excessively expensive for what is offered (the daily rate was that of a 5-star hotel, but the service and accommodation were at most 3-star). On my next trip to Brasília, I will certainly look for an alternative hotel and will recommend to acquaintances that they not stay there.
