Everything was fine except for the WiFi, you should add access points for coverage on the rooms on the extremes of the hotel, I personally had to be moving every time trying to have a good connection and that's really stressful

Restaurant personel do not speak or understand any English word. Rooms need renovation, smells dust and does not feel clean. Next time I will have to change my hotel preference.

It was very pleasant stay. The staff was excellent and social mention should go to a lady at reception..I cannot recall her name ( starts with a M) but was a lifesaver when I needed some urgent docs to be printed. The room was wonderful

The overall experience was great. I was there with my wife and a little 3yr girl, and the flat they arranged me had a big bed (enough for us all), a sofa-bed, a mini kitchen and a good bathroom. Everything well fit, working great, had no issues at all. The channel set for TV (provided by NET Brasilia) is good for general needs, but misses more kids channels - that's not the hotel's spirit, fair enough, so fully understandable. The AC system is silent and clean, and the room itself is pretty quiet, which was a good surprise, considering the location (next to McDonalds's and a few meters from TV Tower). Having said that, why the score is not TEN? One minor glitch, which I can understand: there were lots of reservations on New Year's eve, and the breakfast room on 1st and 2nd January was really packed - so it was impossible to respect all Covid distancing and crowd-avoidance rules. The hotel was not fully prepared to deploy an access restriction protocol, in order to prevent people from overcrowding the restaurant, and missed the opportunity to offer in-room breakfast for everyone, to keep everybody safe - I think because they didn't have all the available staff there, in the New Year, and no plans were made ahead of this situation. Anyway, lessons that we all must learn from pandemic. All in all, I can surely recommend this Mercure hotel, and Accor hotels overall.

Well located, nice rooms. Bathroom had a very strong mouldy smell. Breakfast had little variety.

Modern bedroom, old bathroom, nice view from the balcony (13th floor) and a big problem with the air conditioner that took off my sleep many times during the night. PS: I mande a complain with the staff about the air conditioner. I left the room and when I came back, I was told that tha problem was fixed, but it was not. The air conditioner was making the floor almost a pool. Beside the noise, i used all the towels availabe in the room.

Sympathy, comfort and hospitality are the main concepts of this hotel. I recommend. Hotel very clean, organized, great beds, great shower, bath and towels. All staff are highly attentive. Internet with good speed. Beautiful landscape of the rooms for the Federal Capital Brasilia. I will definitely return to this hotel.

It is a very nice hotel. We have to point three things: location, service e room. We had a litle problem with the air conditioning. The problem was reported to manager in order to fix it. The restaurant offers a very good food and beverages. We enjoyed so much. Thanks.

The Hotel is great. There was a problem on check-in though. They put me in a room which was not cleaned. The bed was not done and the toiled was used. After my complain they changed the room and everything was fine.
