The restaurant and staff are wonderful. However, the rooms are very basic with uncomfortable beds, sheets and towels, and no irons in the rooms. Additionally, a lot of construction was happening and so it was noisy during the day. The hallways are dark and the security is poor so it felt unsafe as a solo female traveler.

The excessive noise from the air conditioning made the stay uncomfortable. Additionally, the breakfast has worsened significantly: the staff responsible did not pay attention to requests, and after two days of unsuccessfully trying to order tapioca, I gave up on having breakfast at the local. Given this experience, with a high cost and quality below expectations, I intend to choose another place for my next visit to Brasília. Unfortunately, both the noise and the breakfast no longer match the standard the hotel used to offer.
