The very low lights in the corridors on the floors give a ghostly vibe. Better lighting would go a long way in making the hotel stay feel more inviting /comfortable

Well located but old and unkept

Although I expect a lot from an Accor hotel, this one doesn’t deliver. The bedsheets are very bad quality, they scratch you, the pillows and mattress are very uncomfortable. The bathrooms are clean but overall it’s a hotel devoid of personality, charm or even a slight minimum of grace. It’s more an IBIS than a grand mercure.
