Air conditioning not working No toilet paper ath the bathroom Had to change room, with a lot of delay My suggestion, in the sense of improvement guest experience is: whenever an air conditioning is not working, please allow the guest to change rooms immediately, and then solve the maintenance issue. And please, whenever something like that happens, provide an upgrade. Cordially

I was very disappointed with my overall experience with this hotel. Upon checking in I had to request two different rooms due to an issue with the air condition unit malfunctioning in my first room, and the second room I was given lighting system was inoperative. The third room's air conditioning unit worked, but was extremely loud as if there was a motor vehicle located within the walls. Due to this I have to sleep with ear plugs or turn the cooling system off when I slept just to have have a decent night's sleep. I was expecting a much different experience.
