I was in Brasilia for business. This hotel was perfectly located but the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel for all business travelers. The front desk and porters really go out of their way to accommodate your needs.

the elevator is slow and the keycard doesn’t work well. takes in the morning a long time to get an elevator to the breakfast and back. also one was not working. this really needs to improve.

Not confortable if you are there to work Diferent from all hotels, They make a mess with payment and credit cards Everything needs to be paid on the spot. Bring a couple credit cards or cash. No acomodations provided
