Good infrastructure with bad maintenance and dirty sauna

Overall good but maintenance service is poor. Bad smelling and dirty sauna was horrifying. It seems they don’t clean it... this should be cleaned multiple times a day having many people using it. Not good...

In overall ok - excellent location, stylish design, very friendly staff, very good breakfast. But rooms and especially public spaces are a bit dented, water in swimming pool were not looked clean, and some signs of decay were visible.

We had a pleasant stay at Mercure Brasilia regarding the bedroom and facilities. Unfortunately I forgot my passport or it wasn't delivered upon check in. The hotel didn't inform me. I noticed it per coincidence at my second stay some days later. At this point the Hotel could be more pro active in informing the guest about such a important lost as the collect any data at the check in. For what is the data good for?

My trip was complete by the attention it was provide by the hotel. Any need was attended by the the hotel employees even when I request to watch NFL game on sunday after my checkout time so they open the bar so I can watch before leave and get to the airport. Very thankfull for that

It was a pleasing experience. There were some set backs. First, the pool was suppose to be opened in the morning. I went there and it was still covered. The air-condition's light was very annoying. I had find a way to cover it up. The fridge has a very high noise as well. It woke me up in the middle of the night. Please do not take me wrong. The hotel is very good, location great. Yet, the small things do matter. One last remark, please have better coffee for the breakfast. It was burned. One spresso machine would not hurt.

The place needs cleaning and new paint. The couches are dirty and the floors need hoovering. The doors look like somebody chewed on them. The cleanliness in the bedroom itself was ok. Just look at how dirty the coloury couches in the lobby are. The windows on the 14th floor didnt close properly and you had wind noises all the time. In a strong rainstorm, there was water pushing in.
