The Grand Mercure is wonderful! The rooms are modern and very comfortable and staff is very friendly and helpful. We’ve been here 3 times and every day started with a cheering warm greeting from the staff. Most of them even remember us from previous years. Nadia, in Capim Dourado restaurant, even greeted us with hugs. Her service is very considerate and warm. She brought us dishes on the table right after the previous dish finished and having the second dish when it was hot to make the food more enjoyable and delicious. We give her 5 stars service. We’ll certain stay there again. Thank you for making the place as our own home. Jerry and Jeane

I received an upgrade but felt like downgrade. Seens to be the same room that I booked and not even a coffee machine. But the staff was fantastic, specially Thiago from front desk.
