First of all the hotel iscreally ran down, in desperate need of an upgrade . The condensation unit is inside the room.. there was a flickering light on top of my bed the whole night ….. A Complete disaster ACCOR should be ashamed of having it as a 5 star hotel

It was all fine.. i am familiar with the property having stayed many times. I did have one issue though. Due to my mistake i had booked a room with single beds and unfortunately at check in this could not be amended to a double. Understand the hotel was quite full at the time but would have thought my track record at the property something more could have been done. I am sure the staff tried their best.
