I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by the front desk attendant during the night shift on the last Friday, dec 19th. I arrived at the hotel around 7:30 p.m. after an extremely exhausting trip due to unusually heavy traffic, coming directly from the beach. As we were scheduled to leave very early the next morning for Maragogi, I kindly asked the attendant if it would be possible to arrange breakfast to be picked up at 5:00 a.m. The attendant stated that this would not be possible because the deadline to request breakfast had closed at 7:00 p.m. What caused the greatest discomfort was not simply the refusal itself, but the complete lack of willingness to assist or seek any alternative. I made it clear that I was not requesting anything elaborate — even a single piece of fruit would have been sufficient — yet the request was denied again, without any sign of empathy or flexibility. This attitude demonstrated an astonishing lack of courtesy and professionalism, which is unacceptable in a hospitality environment. To make matters worse, the following morning I noticed several other guests leaving with breakfast packed in bags, while I and my group received nothing at all, despite having made the request in advance. Situations like this are extremely frustrating and leave a very negative impression, especially when the request was simple and could have been resolved with minimal effort and goodwill. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and used to better train and guide staff, so that other guests do not experience the same issue.
