Retreat est un très bel hôtel, agréable. Très bon buffet de petit déjeuner. Seul défaut, un problème d'insonorisation avec des voisins très bruyants tardivement (mais ce sont les voisins qui étaient irrespectueux). Séjour très agréable

Les chambres ne sont pas adaptés au enfants . Travaux a proximité dont réveillé par le bruit . Réservation faites par booking plus jamais ! On aurait dû passé en lien direct avec le groupe accord .

Cet hôtel n’a pas le standing d’un 5*. Il vaut un 3 ou 4 étoiles mais pas plus. Le sauna et le hammam n’était pas fonctionnel 2 jours sur 4. Nous avons du faire la queue 15min avant le petit déjeuner. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas du tout au niveau d’un 5 étoiles. En comparaison avec d’autres hôtels 5 étoiles de Dubaï et du groupe Accor, nous sommes bien en dessous. Globalement cet hôtel est bien, mais il ne vaut pas du tout un 5 étoiles.
