Que dire à part que tout était au delà de nos attentes? Un complexe magnifique ,un surclassement en suite welness grace au statut platinum (encore merci au programme de fidélité et au staff) Une formule all inclusive d uNe rare qualité autant au niveau des buffets (boeuf wagyu,langoustes et j en passe..) Nous avons pu reserver dans un des restaurants à la carte ( toro loco) et là encore nous avons été bluffés par l ambiance (équipe très drôle qui chorégraphie chaque service de plat et encore des Viandes excellentes) La plage est très bien aménagée avec une glacière à chaque matelas…. Le personnel est aux petits soins (nous avons demandé un peu d eau nous en avons eu 2 packs) Pour se déplacer jusqu au centre ville pas de soucis avec des taxis toujours là (15 mins) et peu onereux,seuelment on est tellement bien á l hotel qu on n a plus vraiment envie de bouger Bref même si le tarif parait cher à la reservation il ne faut pas hesiter ,cela vaut vraiment le coup (et le coût)

Très bon séjour. Le buffet était varié et très bon. Préférence pour le restaurant la Turquoise que celui de la Turca. Sur les 3 autres restaurants sur réservation, le Loco steak House est vraiment dingue (ambiance, déco, personnel, gustatif). Chambre spacieuse avec vue sur Atlantis et couché du soleil. Nombreuses animations très sympa, l’hôtel est très grand avec piscine pour petit et grand. Le personnel est très attentionné, agréable avec toujours un petit mot pour les enfants. TOP. Pour les moins: Chambre un peu vieillissante, un rafraîchissement ne serait pas de trop, pas de prise directe USB, les lits pour Bébé sont d’un ancien temps et prennent de la place (investissez dans des lits parapluie). Pas de chance pour nous, 2 fois nous sommes remonté en chambre et le service était entrain de faire la chambre (alors que nous partions 3-4 heures). La salle de bain est mal ventilée avec une odeur toujours persistante. L’emplacement de l’hôtel en bout de Palm a ses avantages mais aussi ses inconvénients notamment pour sortir de l’hôtel, c’est taxi obligatoire. Pour le reste, c’est du très bon quand même

C'est un beau hotel les piscines sont très bien mais le gros point a améliorer est la nourriture le petit déjeuner les choses basique ne sont pas du tout maîtriser comme les pancake gaufre etc

Hôtel sans activité ni bar, lit inconfortable, personnel désagréable, massage douloureux, chambre nettoyé à 16h de l’après-midi… et j’en passe. Plus jamais je ne remettrai les pieds. Vous veniez de perdre de précieux clients. A jamais.

Au meilleur niveau de qualité et de services en particulier les équipes "Front Desk" (Birles, Omar et Ayman), "Valet Team", Beach Boys (merci à Faruk, Bangladesh), "I Chili Bar" (merci à John, Philippines), restaurant "La Turquoise" (merci à Yusuf, Vysakh, Firzan et Joythi). Grâce à ces personnes et aux équipes du Rixos The Palm, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Je recommande fortement cet hotel 5* ! et c'est un plaisir pour moi de revenir ici chaque fois

client platinium accor donc très exigeant . j ai passé un magnifique séjour d un lieu magnifique. les repas sont excellents les infrastructures magnifiques idéal pour les familles . merci à hazel pour le service menage au top . la restauration tenue d une main de maître par kemal et halil.

Bonjour la formule toute inclus est vraiment parfaite mais j’ai eu un problème avec la clim qui n’a jamais été résolu en trois jours malgré les excuses de l’établissement le problème a presque gâcher mes vacances
