Je trouve que la qualité de l'hôtel abaisser surtout au niveau de la piscine.... Je vous parle même pas de l'expérience que j'ai vécu quand j'ai trouvé un employé de de ménage de fouiller dans le sac de ma femme...... Je tiens à te dire quelle équipe sont formidables à l'accueil le concierge....

L’hôtel est très bien situé et les installations parfaites. C’est un hôtel très agréable avec des enfants cependant j’ai été déçu par le personnel à certains endroits de l’établissement ce que j’ai reporté au manager qui a été compréhensif et a pris le sujet en main.

Bel hotel très bien situé sur La Palm, avec tres bon petit déjeuner, mais déçu de découvrir que finalement la piscine ne donne pas vue sur la mer comme sur les photos mais directement sur des travaux(construction d'un beach club?). Au niveau de l'autre piscine(familiale) des travaux egalement juste acolés à la cloture de la piscine... c'est dommage car l'hotel en perd ses atouts.

Un hôtel agréable pour une famille avec un bébé en bas âge

Le personnel de l'hôtel était toujours souriant et avenant. La chambre était spacieuse et le lit confortable. Le petit déjeuner était très bien, avec beaucoup de choix. Les piscines sont propres et bien entretenues. Seul petit bémol : les chambres avec "vue sur la ville" donne sur une route qui est tout de même assez passante et bruyante.

L’hôtel a demandé un paiement intégral au Check in. Or une partie avait déjà été payée lors de la réservation sur le site Accor. Malgré mes demandes, je suis toujours en attente du remboursement plus dun mois après le checkout.

Personnel pas en place , parties communes et chambres pas bien nettoyées , un passage par Jour en chambre et encore il aura fallut téléphoner à 3 reprises Système de serviette a la Disnez il faut faire a 2 reprise la queue pour se voir octroyer un bracelet .. service autour de la piscine très lent

Excellent séjour dans une très belle chambre ayant bénéficié d’un surclassement grâce à ma carte Gold. Les restaurants sont nombreux et un peu chers mais il faut être conscient qu’on est sur la Palme de Dubaï, l’un des endroits les plus prisés de la ville! Pas de souci pour les piscines où on arrive à toujours trouver de quoi se poser, notamment autour des piscines adultes. Très bon,petit-déjeuner mais le placement des clients pourrait être amélioré.

Le seul souci c'est le kids garden qui n'est disponible que par tranche de 2 heures. Du coup chaque 2 heures on doit récupérer les enfants pendant 30 minutes et les redeposer pour une nouvelle tranche de 2 heures !!!

Ambiance cool, chambre avec vue de bonne qualité et dimension, restaurants offrant d’excellents menus, personnel sympatique. On doit souligner l’effort à se démarquer de l’équipe de concierges, Rhea, Sanduni, etc. qui sont rapides, sympatiques et qui ont amélioré notre voyage de beaucoup.

Hôtel très bien situé au début de la Palmeraie avec une vue sur e quartier de la Marina.. plage aménagée.. Un service hôtelier digne d un 4 étoiles en France.. nous avions une chambre vue sur Mer donc un panorama fantastique..grande et belle chambre.. grande salle de bain et produits d hôtel de belles qualités Une conciergerie au top La demie pension est délicieuse et coup de cœur pour le Seagreen Piscine chauffées et une pour enfants et autre pour adultes donc le top. Dommage qu un Beach club se monte devant la piscine à débordement du coup plus de vue à part un mur de béton !!! Si nous devions revenir c est ici que nous resterons

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Un très bel hôtel. une catégorie 5 étoiles qui en vaut 4. Seul bémol les travaux à droite de l'hôtel, mais aussi en face de la piscine adulte et un peu plus loin à gauche. Il est impossible de rester à la plage à cause du bruit. Notre chambre était coté route mais pas de bruit, c'est très bien isolé. Un coffre de plusieurs restaurants plots chers. Une offre de snack pas très qualitative avec un mauvais rapport qualité / prix. Le salon de thé est très bien avec une offre de snacks qualitatifs. Nous l'avons découvert le denier jour.
