Bon séjour mis à part que c’est un peu bruyant en particulier la music trop forte

Horrible. Un all-inclusive démodé au prix d’un palace. Surpeuplé, bruyant, sans charme et sans attention. Tout est dysfonctionnel, le personnel est poli, mais perdu. Et le management à tout simplement démissionné….

Très bel hôtel avec jardins sur west beach, la partie la plus animée de The Palm. Excellent service, divers restaurants et un fauconnier qui vient plusieurs fois par semaine faire une démonstration! Second séjour au Fairmont the Palm, je reviendrai.

Tout est super dans cet hôtel. Confort, restaurants excellents, personnel aux petits soins, kids club. Le seul bémol mais qui est considérable: les week-ends, même avec des fenêtres fermées, et au 10e étage, on entend la musique explosive des beach club en front de mer. Ceci est indépendant de la gestion de l’hôtel mais est vraiment une nuisance considérable. Il faut revoir l’isolation sonore. Nous avons été surclassé dans ce contexte et cela a été énormément apprécié mais le problème demeure.
