Fairmont The Palm est idéalement situé et il a tous les standards de luxe d'un 5 étoiles. On s'y sent en sécurité, le personnel est extraordinaire, les chambres sont très confortables, les extérieurs magnifiques. A l'intérieur de l'hôtel et dans ses alentours, on trouve de bons restaurants et de nombreuses distractions.

Service attentionné et souriant. Bien placé, pas trop loin sur la Palm pour aller en ville Jolie vue et jardins plaisants. Piscine adultes et plage calmes, volume sonore de la musique modéré. Chambre agréable, bien insonorisée et bonne literie. Bon échantillon de produits pour le petit dejeuner en terrasse. Service voiturier assez rapide...ce qui n'est pas si courant...Merci à Qasim pour son aide sur les inquiétants feux rouges d'Abu Dhabi et à Jennelyn pour sa patience et son inaltérable sourire. Deux points mériteraient amélioration: 1) Pourquoi pas de prise de courant du côté droit du lit? c'est gênant et incompréhensible. 2) La chute du rideau occultant en son milieu ( le côté droit à la fin de notre séjour)...fait qu'il n'est bien entendu plus complètement occultant...

Tout s'est bien passé. Chambres magnifiques, services et personnel au top. Je déconseille néanmoins fortement d'utiliser l'agence de voyage de l'hôtel pour organiser vos événements (Burj Kalifa, aquarium, activités,...). Ils ont pris une commission de 40%! C'est du vol à mes yeux.
