L’hôtel est très bien situé avec une plage privée un centre commercial à 8 minutes à pieds. Le petit déjeuner et très bon et varié. Appartement confortable et literie impeccable. Le personnel et compétent et discret. Attention à choisir une chambre qui ne donne pas sur la grand boulevard car ça peut être bruyant.

Les plats et buffets à revoir car sans goût et cher pour ce que c’est. La literie horrible car deux matelas collés, le bruit extérieur et intérieur dans les chambres qui ne sont pas isolées du tout. Équipement cuisine défaillant. Seul l'accueil etait bien.

Nous avons passé 4 jours fabuleux dans l'hôtel. Le personnel est agréable et sympathique, nous sommes accueillis avec le sourire durant tout le séjour. Le personnel de l'accueil, Abu pour nos bagages, le personnel de chambre également nous a dépanné d'un problème de sèche-cheveux en un éclair. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est varié. On nous a autorisé à laissé nos bagages une partie de la journée de notre départ, pour aller à la plage, privée de l'hôtel, on nous a également laissé prendre une douche avant de partir. Nous avons fait un autre hôtel à Dubai qui était beaucoup plus cher mais ne proposais pas toutes ces prestations. C'est avec plaisir que nous recommanderons cet hôtel. Merci à toute l'équipe !

L'hôtel est bien situé sur Palm Jumeira, légèrement en retrait du front de mer et malheureusement près des axes routiers ce qui L. rend assez bruyant la nuit notamment. L. petit déjeuner est très bon, en haute saison les places sont rares pour les familles. Très bon accueil et chambre très propres. Un défaut l'isolation phonique.
