The bathroom was mouldy and has a lot of female hairs on the floor. The hairdryer was not working properly. It was shaking and not hot. I asked to get the new one but not arrived. Overall this stayed was not good for me compared to the first time.

Hotel location was awesome, nearby a lot of foods and there is night market open till 5am. Hotel is clean as well and free baby cot upon request. Great service by the hotel staffs as well. Overall have great stay a week over at ibis style Bangkok ratchada with family.

Nice stay in Ibis Style BKK Ratchada. Staff were friendly. We have Nan, guest relation officer was helpful and friendly once we step into hotel. Clean and comfortable room and food at cafe is reasonable and good. Will stay again. Thank you staff.

The hotel staff is friendly and the housekeeper everyday clean up the room to her best ability. The restaurant offer great food at great price, they also have a roof top pub that have great scenery. The location is good, just beside the mrt station where you can easy commute around the city.
