Booked the room for a quick stay during my wedding week and despite booking the privileged-room, on the first night I was given the normal room without being told, and was charged the privileged-room price. Since the room was much smaller and the toilet is pretty 'open', it wasn't comfortable given our circumstances. However, a kind manager came and met me the next day to rectify the situation and returned me to the promised room the next day. She also provided complimentary dinner. Had I not met her, I would had been charged the privileged price and never realised it.

Good customer service and clean rooms. The pool is nice and private as it is not facing any rooms/windows. Variety of food for breakfast buffet but could use more variety on western meals. Also had spaghetti for tea, was a bit too sour for my taste.

1st time staying here and we love the friendly staff and clean rooms. Only set back was the tv channels which was disappointing we can only see 2 stations
