Already complains about the pan carbon coming out when they fry egg. Still the second day the same. Waited for the concierge for 30 mins, the 2 trolley was standing there and nobody to bring up yet the receptionist can tell me "they are on the way"

Very comfortable bed, love the breakfast selection, the food is tasty. What I wish is there's disposable footwear like other hotels. I like that Mercure trying to save the environment by using glass drinking water bottles.
