I stay in a linked room, there is a door between two room. Sound isolation is bad, & the worst case is the kid beside my room tried to open the linked door.

Booked hotel for my wedding reception in KL but service was slow and there were some miscommunication with the front desk. we were promised a queen/king bed but got a twin bed instead when we checked in and it couldnt be changed. breakfast was also not great

Everything is fine. Although staff might not be well versed in English, they are willing to go the extra mile to understand my questions. However, note that they would need some cash for deposit during check-in. Though I did not experience in any other hotels that I have stayed so far.
