Good Location, restful

From the moment I arrived the staff made me feel welcome even though I had no reservation. The location for me was excellent with a metro station around the next corner, bus stops on the same street and an excellent sandwich bar opposite the entrance. For me there are two important requirements of a hotel room, one is the bed and the other is a decent shower, both of which were very good. In a two night stay I felt more at home than the rest of my 2 weeks holiday.

We arrived later than midnight and I was not informed that the card on record was charged for the 1st night of stay before i arrived. I would've wanted to pay everything on my Amex Also the room was no very clean. And we left with bites from which we suspect bed bugs.

In regards to the bed bugs as you can imagine we take this allegations extremely serious, from the moment you mention we contact our pest control company to come and check the room, and they did not found any evidence of bed bugs. Great location with very friendly staff

We had a great stay at this hotel, it's in a fantastic location. Walking distance to metro, buses, centre, wide selection of restaurants, market, shopping etc. All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially katerina who seemed to be working every shift of our 4 night stay and always had a smile and cheery personality. I was in room 212 which was right next to the bar, reception, breakfast and it could be a little noisy and wouldn't suit everyone. I didn't mind at all, I suppose it is all perspective and there was joy in the "noise". I would strongly recommend this hotel

Really nice and friendly stuff! Good looking room and comfortable bed. Very smelly carpet and towels (all of them) were clean but had odd smell. The provided ironing set was useless and bad condition.
