Nous avons passé un super séjour l’emplacement est parfait. Le personnel est au top Seul défaut les travaux dehors mais cela n’est pas de votre faute. Nous reviendrons

I am delighted to know that you and your family had a great time with us and that you liked the location of our hotel. And thank you for acknowledging the level of service provided by our team members, especially Alix. I will personally share your feedback with her. I also see that the Internet was an issue, and I would just like to let you know that we recently completed significant upgrade of our network and delivered lightening speed internet for our guests. Some of our guests are using VPNs that slow down the speed of connection, so this may be the issue. If this is not the case, we would greatly appreciate your feedback so that we may identify the problem and fix it. And all you need to do for connecting to the Wi-Fi is to select our network and mention your email address. I am sorry that you felt it was a bit complicated. A priori hôtel bien situé sauf que travaux en permanence (7j/7j 24h/24h) sur une tour située à 30m de l'hôtel : bruit et poussière non stop = pas du tout reposant Le personnel est très serviable et très gentil.

I am truly sorry to hear that you were disturbed by noise from the neighboring site. Although this is something beyond our control, we too are looking forward to the completion of the works. We have clearly informed all of our partners of the ongoing works, and it is listed on our website under the “Need to Know” section. I am sorry this was not brought to your attention. Thank you also for your feedback about Internet connection by the pool. Just to avoid misunderstanding, I would like to let you know that as our pool is located on top of the road and can be used by other people, we have created an additional network with a password for our guests in house to make sure that the speed of internet connection remains high. I am so sorry that this was not communicated with you properly. I have also noticed your feedback about cleanliness, as well as about availability of masks in our hotel, and I do apologize for this. We are generally well known and recognized for the extra efforts we make to ensure our hotel is extra clean and hygienic, especially during these times, so I am sorry this was not your experience. I will forward your feedback to our Executive Housekeeper, as I can see there is an opportunity to offer some additional training in service for our colleagues. And I will personally follow up with our management team to ensure that we always have masks available in our hotel.
