The hotel and the location is very nice. A lot to do in the surrounding as well. We were picking the hotel especially because it's part of the Accor Group to make use of the member benefits. Unfortunatly besides a room upgrade I didn't turned out to be the case.The hotel has a passion for queueing. We had to wait every moring 15-20min for a breakfast table outside. Queue for a wrist band to receive towel every day. Like in low end hotel the guest were reserving deck chairs at the pool as well. Some of the service employees had quite an attitute. Not sure if they understood the concept of customer centric. Not want to forget a couple of nice experience on the child care the pool / restaurent treatment as well. All in all we would not book this hotel again.
