This is the best place to stay at Dubai. The food is very high quality. Pool and beach clean and neatly. New buliding with supreme quality. Clean and pleasant environement and all comfort. We will come back soon.

I am ALL platinum member and living in their 2 bed suite for 4 nights. ( Room 3308 ) I cannot find a word to express my anger and disappointment towards this hotel and their management . It was supposed to be a premium / luxury and prestige experience but totally ruined by the staff , and their management. If you are a family with kids and want to enjoy some private time in the pool and throughout the night , PLEASE DON'T GO TO THIS HOTEL. and you also have to prepare to be insulted by their staff ( especially front desk ) LOUD music until 1am that you can't bear Breakfast like a hawker center with ppl using their hand to grab the food A mixture of hotel guest that they don't bother social distance, manner and respect Beach club that you can see people from outside ( YES, outsider ) to enjoy the activities, smoking and drinking without any boundaries Room - carpet wore out , second room is too small, bed like Travelodge I just quite regret that I have chosen Rixos - I think they want to try their best but still below the par

I booked on the hotel July 31th 2021 a suite to celebrate between friend and family my birthday as well my job Promition The hotel and the staff was simply awesome d I had one of the best weeeeeekend I’ve ever have The pool is amazing, the accommodations is just perfect and the hotel suite was perfectly designed sea view was awesomeness As cluster leader iam habit to travel the word and seen many hotel But this experience became one of the best for me Highly recommended

We stayed at Rixos Premium JBR for the second time with my family. We had a superb time out there, thanks to a great team. A very special thanks to the best concierge worldwide, Sufyan. He assisted us when planning to come till booking our room. He arranged our car transfers, ask me before arrival were should we book a table for lunch or dinner, always suggesting the best place to be in Dubai. Thanks to that, we were able to have a table everywhere we wished to go. He truly always did his very best in any thing he assisted us for. Thanks to his high sens of service and his undeniable professionalism, we were beyond happy as he really made our holidays perfect !! We will sure come again !

One of the Best Hotels in Dubai

The facilities are very good - lots of restaurants, shopping, fitness, relaxation and entertainment options. Staff were very accommodating. The room was nice - clean and large with good views. The water pressure in the room however was too weak. Despite this, I will certainly be back.

Excellent hotel but some small issues

Pros: *fantastic location *beautiful spa with great massages, especially Analy *great service in the hotel, especially Sandy *very good breakfast with lots of choice *received upgrade to premium room as a platinum member. Room had an amazing view. Rooms are large. *concierge booked us an excellent restaurant *had a complimentary late checkout *had a very clean room thanks to Hanikandan Cons: *we wanted a pickup at the airport. This did not happen. It was such a disappointment when we arrived in the middle of the night. No compensation was offered *no available chairs by the pool. People put towels early in the morning. This is not ok for a 5 star hotel *given a twin room as a single guest. I would have preferred a king bed. If the hotel works on these small issues, it could be an amazing hotel and go from a 4 rating to a 5

Very dissapointing

Rooms were excellent; but that was the only good thing during our stay: - no social distancing rules, Pool is overly crowded. -people drink and smoke shisha while they are inside the pool. This is unacceptable if you position yourself as a family friendly hotel. Kids cannot be in the same pool with these people. -random people calling randomly in the middle of the night - 1,3,5 am. Probably they want to party. We have 2.5 year old kids and they kept waking up. - we order watermelon and they said it is finished. After 10 minutes we saw plates of watermelon passing by. When we asked, the waiter said he just joined today. -service was too slow -we ordered meatballs with pasta from kids menu. Meatballs were burnt. - cheese and olives were very bad quality. We won’t stay there again unfortunately.

Bad Service, too crowded

service is bad for both breakfast and pool area. rooms smelling like a box of cigarettes (we booked non smoking) lock stock is nice though allover definately not a 5 star hotel and no comparison to mandarin, al qasr or similar. compared to sofitel its worse but even higher priced.

We were luck to stay in such a good, modern hotel. The beach, pool, gym are very cleaned. the variety of food in the breakfast, lunch, dinner will satisfy every one. restaurants, bars, club are amazing.

Im not one to usually do reviews but This Hotel deserves all the recognition it can get. Every aspect of this hotel is on point but what makes your stay even more pleasurable is the excellent service in every respect. And that is only due to the incredible staff working at this hotel. From the moment u arrive and up until u leave u feel as if u never left home. Being an Accor Platimum member, i can comfortably say this is one of if not their best property. We enjoyed it so much that we extended a 7 night stay to a 19 night stay. A Very Very Special mention and Thanks to Mr Muhammed Hamdy, who was the main reason for us wanting to extend and went above and beyond his duty to make our stay wonderful.Also the many other great staff who made this stay so pleasurable such as Ms. Aiganym and Viktoria from the front desk, the ever so helpful and friendly Mr kalibek , steven mustapha and many others from concierge, Mr Syed Alli from housekeeping on the 5th floor up until Mr Bhidur who maintains the lifts in the lobby were all excellent. A special mention also to Barinder from the restaurant and Vaka from the azure club who were part of making us feel so at home....Having stayed at most of the best hotels in dubai , i have not enjoyed any like i enjoy this one!

Good for young families - if you dont mind the noise

Everything was pretty much great, the staff, food, location, service. We are young couple who really likes to party so we did enjoy the music going on etc. But even myself, being a true party person, I sometimes lacked some quiet time during our stay. But I knew is at the time we booked so I can not write a bad review. Just maybe some people might be surprised. We had my mum with us to look after our baby and she had to use earplugs :/ The money we paid - quite expensive if you consider what you get for the money you paid but ok. The areas for children are just amazing, pool bar, various spaces to lay down, you choose if you like to be by the pool or on the beach or separate outside “living rooms” The beach - didnt like at all nor the see.

Great place with awesome vibe if you like a little music. Breakfast was lots of choice would of liked a la carte menu rather than buffet style in the evening for dinner as spend more time getting up and down from the table rather than being with my girlfriend. Just my opinion but food was good. We stayed in a premium room with sea view room was bigger than I thought and was lovely and spacious.Private beach was good and managed to get a sun bed on the beach. As for around the pool area more difficult and the only negative thing was that beds were reserved near the front of the pool which I think should not be allowed, hotel guests should be able to find a bed or place to relax. Overall I would stay again as staff very friendly, Gym was good with sauna and steam room no extra charge

A few Steps away from Prefection

I enjoyed my stay here. I liked the location,the room, the view and internet. Beach was really close and amazing. Breakfast was ok as it had a lot of variety but really low middle eastern famous dishes. I didn't like that they use 2 twin beds instead of 1 king bed in the room. We spent last couple of days without hot water as well.

Great place - Average Service

The location of the hotel is right next to the beach, great design, great room but can't say the same about the service. They were normally late on almost everything I request, sometimes had to call multiple times to get something simple done. Asked for late checkout (which is free with Accor), they asked for 100 AED per hour?? Not cool.

Teething Troubles Persist

Excellent location. New beautiful & clean hotel and facilities. Good food. Small customer service issues:- 1. First day at the pool, they did not match my name with my room number, because they forgot to update their pool list. Worst, I was told to go to the reception to sort that out, because they said the pool area is different from the reception. I told them to sort that themselves, and they eventually did! 2. Second day , at their pool restaurant, I was told the cashier refused to process my check, because, I needed to add my first name in addition to my last name! 3. At the pool, I asked for two towels, I was told that my room only permits for one towel only. He game more than towel anyway, but it sounded like he was doing me a favor! 4. At another pool restaurant the hostess reminded me not to forget to tip my waitress! 5. Slow check in and check out service Staff needs more training and I think, things will get better in the future
