We had an incredible visit to the Raffles in Siem Reap. We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa, which was lovely. We had an incredible Butler - Naroth - who made the stay exceptional. All of the staff was incredibly lovely and made the stay truly memorable. But Naroth was the shining star, who my kids still talk about. It was all increcible!

What a lovely hotel with the friendliest staff I’ve ever met. You made us feel very welcome. Small treats left in the room each day was a welcome surprise. Ly, at the pool bar, was exceptional and a credit to the hotel. He learned very quickly what we liked and didn’t like and catered to that. The only down side for us was the man who worked in the shops on site. To say he was pushy, is an understatement. He gave us the “hard sell” and despite us saying no, he wouldn’t give up. We didn’t want to be rude but in the end, we just walked away. After that, we didn’t want to walk passed the shops, so entered the hotel via the pool. Thank you for a lovely stay.
