It was probably THE BEST hotel experience I've ever had. The hospitality is amazing！ I stayed at the Raffles Hotel on my birthday, September 1st. I felt like I was being treated like a princess by everyone there. They made me feel so welcomed! They took such good care of me! They even prepared a birthday cake and celebrated with me at the dinning area. Everybody in the hotel greets me and I've been getting birthday blessing all day long. I had such an amazing experience, everyone there was absolutely great! I chose this hotel because it was Anthony Bourdain's favorite hotel in the world, and H. was absolutely right!!! Raffles Grand Hotel d'Angkor Siem Reap is probably one of the best hotels in the world!

This resort is one of the best I've stayed at. Not only is the resort beautiful, the staffs are so helpful and nice. I encountered an issue on arrival and the management handled it professionally, with services that went above and beyond. I cannot be more appreciative of the response and how they rectify the problem. Also, staff knew all 7 of our family members by name when they greeted us and knew what we ordered at the hotel restaurants. Speaking of hotel restaurants, prices are a bit high for local standards. Prices are what you would expect for a meal in North America/Europe, but honestly, it's worth every penny. Our family opted to eat all 3 meals daily at the hotel, and tried most things on the menu. Everything was delicious and of course, the services were great. I do have a suggestion, which I already passed on to a hotel staff at check-out. Body soap and shampoo bottles were placed on the shower floor without a wall mount to place them on. It was difficult for my parents in their 70's to bend down every time they need to use soap or shampoo when showering. I hope the hotel will find a solution to this problem. But, this is obviously not a dealbreaker, as I will not hesitate to stay here again.

I last stayed at this hotel 15 years ago. My experience this time was better than ever. My son and I were grateful fr this oasis during our weeklong stay. The food was healthy, safe, and delicious. The service and genuine graciousness of the staff was unmatched. It was truly a home away from home. A special call-out to the cafe and front desk staff for their hospitality.

We had an amazing stay at Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor during our honeymoon! The hotel is beautiful and centrally-located, the rooms are luxurious, and the service throughout our stay made the experience especially memorable. A special thank you to Resident Sommelier Socheata. She made both our dinner at 1932 and our wine tasting in the cellar unforgettable. Her knowledge, passion, and warm personality made learning about the wines so much fun, and she tailored the experience perfectly for us. She was truly one of the highlights of our stay. We also want to recognize Syda, Saravann, Junva, and Lee for making our experience so amazing. The entire team was incredibly welcoming and generous - for example, the team provided us with a large backpack containing many pastries, fruits, and coffees to ensure we were well-fed during our guided sunrise tour of the temples at Angkor Wat. We also loved the little touches in our room, especially receiving different local fruits along with information cards each evening. The pool area was grand and such a great place to relax, enjoy the beautiful weather, and order food and drinks throughout the day. Raffles helped make our honeymoon even more special by coordinating a photographer team (upon our request) for a photoshoot around the property. The hotel provided such a beautiful backdrop, and the team was extremely helpful in making everything come together. We also really enjoyed the Angkor Sling cocktail-making experience and all our meals at the restaurants on the property. Overall, this was a wonderful and memorable stop on our honeymoon, and the incredible staff and attention to detail are what really made our stay stand out. We would absolutely recommend Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor to anyone visiting Siem Reap!

My daughter and I were so pleased during our stay. The breakfast buffet had many options, the food in 1932 was superb, and the afternoon tea in the conservatory was delightful. All of the staff were so helpful and eager to ensure we had a wonderful vacation. This hotel is a world-class gem!

Staff were fabulous and efficient, accommodation and food was excellent

When we checked in we were given a Landmark Room with two double beds. When we questioned the room allocation because we had paid for an upgrade to a Landmrk Room with a King Bed the staff member at the check in desk told us that there were no Landmark Rooms avaiable with a KIng Bed. When I complained about the room we had booked not being avaialble, th e staff member on duty went to check with the manager on duty. He retur ned and confiermed that the room we had booked was not avaialble and that we would have to make do with the room with to double beds. To check if this was true I logged into Booking.com and to my surprise I was offered a Landmark Room with a King bed for the three nights we were staying at the Raffles Grand Hotel d'Angkor Siem Reap. I wnet aqbck to reception and showed the staff member on duty the booking.com offer. The staff member took a photo of the booking.com pffer on my phone. He took this rto his manager and returned to tell me that there was a Landmark Room with a King bed available and offered us this room but said that the hotel needed time to finish preparing the room and to move our luggage to the room. We said that we were going out to dinner and would pick up the key to the Landmark Room with King bed when we returned. When we returned we were given the key to our new room. The room provided wss next to the room originally provided. No apology was offered for the allocation of the wromg rpoom anmd the lie that was told to us about the availability of the room category that we had booked. Putting this unsatisfactory situation aside, the reainder of our stay was exceptional with the service , food and drinks exemplary.

First time in Cambodia and staying at Raffles was amazing beyond words. The care to details was very refined and the staff were incredibly welcoming. The front office team was super helpful and the Elephant Bar was just a joy to be in. Thai and Nisha were super knowledgeable and great to talk to. I would love to come by again.

Our experience was really good, all team was very kind and lovely . Rooms a bit small but well maintained.

The perfectly maintained pool was also a refreshing break from the Warm +35° temperatures.

The Raffles Grand hotel Siem Reap would have to be the best 5 star hotel I have stayed in anywhere. The staff make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive and look after you till the moment you leave. Every inch of the hotels including the rooms are beautiful and beyond spotless. Gorgeous immaculately kept gardens. I can not recommend this hotel highly enough. A quiet oasis in a busy city

it was flawless stay from start to finish, not a single moment of frustration, we loved the atmosphere of the hotel and really enjoyed the activities, especially the lotus flower folding. Thank you for the arrangement! Also, the pool water was super clean! And pool staff are very attentive and helpful. Just two quick suggestions,1. welcome drink voucher member, it would be great if members could choose any cocktail, including champagne-based cocktails like the Femme Fatale, especially since the hotel already offers complimentary bottomless champagne at breakfast, or you can offer separate welcome drink menu for platinum member above like some other Accor hotels do, and 2. room was quite humid, so setting up a dehumidifier in the rooms, especially during this season, would be a wonderful touch.
