Fantastic service right from airport pickup, organizing the tours, the personalised service. Very high standards of service - all ambassadors were super polite, helpful and efficient. Special mention to Seyha, Sam Sorm, chhun, Ken. The spa was also a rejuvinating experience after walking the temples! The icing on the cake was a special Indian (bengali) meal made by Sheikh Mujibur Rehman

I have stayed in many excellent deluxe hotels around the world but never before have I experienced such a flawless experience. I have no , even slightly , negative comments or areas for improvement. The colonial style is beautiful, all aspects of service are perfect and charming, and the facilities and food were wonderful.
