We stayed here with an APT tour but extended for extra time. The staff were wonderful with organising a late check out, transport to airport. Upgrade room. Nothing too much trouble, and so friendly. Fabulous food . Everything great!

We had a wonderful stay at Sofitel. My girlfriend and I both agreed that this was one of the best resort experiences we have ever had. We were very grateful for the room upgrade and the beautiful view of the garden and pavilion. What impressed us most were all the thoughtful little details — our room was always beautifully prepared, our clothes carefully folded, and even our own towels were kindly hung up for us. The welcome fruit, beautiful orchids, and local scarves were also lovely touches. The staff were warm, respectful, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful throughout our stay. We also really enjoyed dining at the hotel restaurant. Thank you to everyone at Sofitel for making our stay so special. We truly hope to come back again!

The hotel is in a great location for visiting the temples and within walking distance of the National Museum. The hotel grounds are beautiful and the room is very nice. Staff is very helpful. The only negative is the bathroom, which appeared somewhat dated, with mold in the shower.

We only stayed one night at the Sofitel in Siem Reap, but it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were phenomenal right from check-in — warm, welcoming and incredibly attentive. The concierge team was especially helpful and very quick to arrange tuk tuks or taxis whenever we needed them. We also had a small issue adjusting the air conditioning in our room, and Guest Services responded immediately and had it fixed right away. The hotel itself is beautiful, with gorgeous grounds, lovely amenities and a relaxing resort atmosphere. We upgraded to Club access for an additional $30 per person, and it was absolutely worth the extra cost. The upgrade included breakfast, afternoon high tea, and evening cocktails and canapés. We enjoyed all three, and the breakfast buffet was excellent with a huge variety of delicious options. For such a small additional cost, the Club upgrade added so much value to our stay. If you are looking for a beautiful, luxurious hotel with exceptional service in Siem Reap, I would highly recommend the Sofitel. Even though our stay was short, it left a lasting impression.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay here and wished we stayed longer. Everything about the resort is stunning. Our room was superb, quiet and so comfortable. The pool area was so relaxing but more shade over the pool would make it more usable during the day as it was very hot. The dining areas were lovely and picturesque. Stunning walkways around the lake. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. Staff were amazing and went out of there way to make sure we had an exceptional stay. Thank you
