Fantastic. Staff friendly and courteous. The rooms were large and place is quiet. The bedding is outstanding. I slept sooooo well. Finally most importantly. I don’t know what perfume they use but the lobby smells sooooooo good!!! They need to bottle and sell it.

This was my first time at the hotel and in Cambodia. I felt so welcome, comfortable and at home from the moment that I walked in. The hotel is beautiful and was so calm and tranquil It’s truly luxurious. The quality of the service and food was outstanding. As beautiful as the hotel is, the thing for me that makes this hotel truly special, are the people that are working there. Your team are incredible Every single person was so friendly, warm, genuine and dedicated. The attention to detail was remarkable. Everything feels so natural and I felt completely at home, as if I had stayed there many times before. I have to give a special mention to the Hotel spa and my therapist, Sambo I visited the spa three times during my stay. Sambo really looked after me. Sambo’s professionalism and knowledge are outstanding. Sambo is so dedicated and committed to the well-being of her guests and i completely trusted her I was also introduced to her colleagues, who were all so lovely and kind to me I look forward to having a lot more time at the spa and to see them again I will definitely be returning and look forward to staying at your hotel and visiting the spa many times in the future. I’ve been lucky enough to travel the world and stay in some of the most beautiful hotels. My stay with you was one of the best experiences that I’ve had.
