Good location but pillow!

Great location, friendly staff. My second stayed in Jan 2026 was fantastic and thank you for making my birthday memorable. This is my third time amd I always having bad quality of sleep because of hard and high pillow! Asked for flat pillow to replace but never get it done since first stay, second stay and sadly to say third stay too! I was requesting flat or better pillow upon making reservation, it has not been done upon arrival ); It is 01:08am now on my first night and I am calling for pillow to be changed. Mr. Chamnarn Front office is my hero for this stay! You make my night to have a better quality of sleep! Thank you very much for helping me to changed it to be a better one!

Send email to confirm a 3rd pax will be joining me for the stay and to prepare the sofa bed. But not prepared when I checked in. Was promptly done after informing front desk. Check out day - was charged breakfast everyday. But I did not eat in the hotel. The receipt showed someone else name and signature but put in my room number. Luckily I did not do the express checkout, otherwise I have to pay for it. Your hotel should have a system to prevent this e.g. issue coupons.

It is always a pleasure to be with the team at IBIS Styles SR!! Great location right on the river and a few steps from the nightlife and Pub Street!! Lovely breakfast!!

Everything is within 5 minutes walk. I couldn’t fault this hotel with everything at a high standard. Breakfast buffet is ok however the egg and soup station makes it great. Solo traveller/enjoyed my stay. Bus stop to airport 10 mins walk/$2 tuk tuk ride and the airport bus takes $8USD.
