From the ground staff, they were not cool. Treat clients like I was asking to sleep for free, no smile, no hello. Online check in one day before but on the arrival day my room was not available, i still have to wait. Someone came after me, but they got treat before me. No amenities until asking for it. Be careful, even naming as Ibis budget or whatever but you count as a 4 star hotel. The room is clean but the toilet was not.

We chose only Ibis Styles when 4 of us friends wanted to visit Siem Reap. Our choice turned out to be the best. Location at the end of Pub Street, accessible by tuk tuk to visit any areas of the city and the Angkor Wat temple. Staff is very cheerful,polite and helpful. Food and choice is good.
