Location could not be better. Steps to the riverwalk, food, shopping and Pub St. Check in easy, room was clean and well equipped. Wifi was very good and water pressure too. Water temp would fluctuate often in shower. Bed very comfy, not hard like standard Asian beds. Would be nice to have an easy chair instead of just a bed and desk chair. TV was fine but limited channels unless you spoke Chinese. The TV should be smart tv so I could watch my internet instead of what was on. Pool looked fine but did not use. Breakfast was okay but only if you are someone that has to eat breakfast, not a lot of variety. Staff were excellent. Hard working and pleasant to deal with.

As a solo traveler, I couldn’t have asked for a better 4-night stay! The hotel is located right in the middle of everything, making it so easy to get around. I was told as a good member that I was entitled to an upgrade. This was denied as the hotel was fully booked. We I went back to the checkin desk a few minutes later I was told I was given the wrong information and an upgrade was available. The previous gentleman I spoke did not seem happy with this advice. He was neither friendly or professional.

The checkin was swift and I was attended to quickly. I was informed about checkin time but offered a better room where I can checkin immediately. I opted for that. The room was big enough and provided with nice pillows and though the window was rather smaller than expected, it still had a good view of the street below. The breakfast food had few choices but the coffee was great! There was no wheat bread. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

The hotel is very close to the central tourist area of Siem Reap, while still having quiet & dark rooms (at least in my back-facing room). On-site breakfast was a great mixture of local and international foods, something for everyone every day. Rooms were clean, neat, comfortably sized and with good quality air conditioning. Airport transfer was smooth, and driver was friendly and gave us knowledge about the local area. This was an extra night added on to a group booking; staff were able to keep me in the same room without trouble. This seemed a bit more complex for some in our group, but it worked out for everyone in the end. Staff were always friendly, happy to help wherever possible. Reception organised transport and a guide to see Angkor Wat, (email exchange before I arrived), and were flexible to accommodate the preferences of the touring group.
