We loved our brief stay at ibis Styles Siem Reap. The staff was friendly and caring; and the room was the perfect size for us! The food and drinks at StrEATs, the hotel restaurant and bar, were delicious.

this was A three night stop over before we took a cruise down the Mekong River. We flew in from Australia and was met by a driver from the hotel. I had chosen this option while making a booking and the follow up information was concise and accurate. It was a real plus being able to select this while I was making the booking as I had no idea how to get from the airport to our hotel. The hotel was in the middle off the hub of activity opposite the night markets, close to night spots. it has a great cafe/restaurant. We used the pool to cool down from our activities. Service everywhere in the hotel was friendly and helpful. We chose the Atrium Suite as it was spacious. internal windows only meant it was quiet, away from the bustle of street activity. All up, a great stay.

My partner and I have stayed at the ibis Styles Siem Reap on two previous occasions, and I’m pleased to say that our latest visit certainly did not disappoint. In fact, this must be one of the best ibis properties I’ve stayed in. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Pub Street and the Night Market, making it an ideal base for exploring the centre of Siem Reap while still being able to retreat to a quieter space. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Breakfast is served in the “Streats” café and offers a good selection, including breads, croissants, and local dishes. Eggs can also be cooked to order, which is always a nice touch. A special mention should go to Hong at reception, who was wonderful throughout our stay. Always welcoming us with a friendly smile, Hong was incredibly helpful and made sure everything ran smoothly. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Overall, another excellent stay. We would happily return again and look forward to doing so on our next visit to Siem Reap.
