The atrium family room was wide and spacious but a little dark because of not having windows to the exterior. The living room area was used for chilling and having small meals in the room. The bathroom is decently large enough but I hope that the bath area could have a small shelf for placing toiletries and also a place for hanging towels so they can be reused. The breakfast was decent and noted some variation day to day. All the staff seemed pleasant and happy to serve. The pool is a little small but nice deck chairs to get the sun. Free airport transfers to and from airport was a great additional service offered. Overall a great hotel with good value for money. Will definitely recommend to anyone staying in Siem Reap.

hotel location near Old Market also Pub Street (many eatery n pub surrounding here) Lobby interior looks Cozy n reception staff polite n helpful (some staff men, i think he does understand what im saying to him) interior Bedroom Modern n Cozy, Bed, Linen n Pillow is Clean n Comfy, Bathroom Clean n Tidy. It was a great pleasure staying at Ibis Style. Staffs are friendly and approachable. However, since our room has a window viewing the lobby, it was a bit noisy during night time. Breakfast could be improved by providing more fruit choices.

Ibis Styles Siem Reap is well located. However, the service was far below expectation. The staff reached me via email 1 month before my stay, asking what would i need for my stay, offered some services too. I told him i would be celebrating my birthday in Cambodia, and i would like to have the free tourist simcard upon check in. But when i arrived at the hotel, they didn't prepare anything for my birthday and didn't prepare my tourist simcard. What's the point of reaching me 1 month before my arrival if you didn't even fulfil my request? I had to ask again for the simcard and had to wait for them to register my simcard. The suite room, the air conditioner was broken. The soap was ran out. The next morning I asked the reception to fix it before i come back from day tour. Also i asked for an iron n the board, it was 7AM but they couldn't provide it for me saying that the team has not arrived yet. When i came back from tour, i found my room air conditioner was still broken. I called the staff again and he said it is still broken and asked if i would like to change my room. If you have checked the air conditioner and you know it is not yet fixed, you should have told me the moment i arrived at the hotel. Were you trying to act like nothing was wrong and if i didn't complain then you wouldn't ask me to change room? When i agreed to change the room, the staff just told me the new room number that was it, and i had to asked him how would he give me the new room key? How would i enter a new room without a key?? He then came to my room, gave me the keys and went off. Not even asking if i need help to bring my things to my new room...wow.. such a service. Wifi service, they didn't even tell me what was my username and password for the wifi. But from my experience accor hotels password is always my name, so i tried it and it succeed. Nevertheless, the staff must inform the guest. I have become an accor hotels silver member since 2016 and this was my 1st ever stay with Ibis, 1st ever stay in Siem Reap, and was my worst accor hotel experience. I hope other future guests will not have the same unpleasant experience like i had.

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies and feedback as following: . With regard to the tourist sim card, we could not register for you into the system prior to arrival as we need your passport details to register, hence, it need to do once you arrived. . For the birthday cake, it was a misunderstanding in our team as the birthday celebration for our resident took exactly the birth date shown in passport. Without any informing from the guest as an exception, the team will only prepare for them once their birthday fall on the stay date. In your case, your birth day was due, that the reason we did not prepare. However, we are sorry that our team did not check with you to reconfirm. . With the issue for the AC in your previous room, it was an error on the electrical board which we need to change the part. We decide to upgrade you to the next suite room as we were unable to fix on time. The decision to change you to the new room was made since the morning. As you went for tour, we are unable to get reach to you to inform about this incident. However, it was a breakdown communication between our team (morning & afternoon team) that we are unable to identify you in order to inform you with this regard in a timely manner. . For WiFi issue, we are sorry if the staffs fail to inform you during the check in. Our process of this is always re-emphasize even though the information has been place inside the key card holder. On behalf of our team, I am sincerely sorry for all the thing went wrong during your stay. It doesn't represent to our commitment for the guests experience at all. At Ibis Styles Siem Reap, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. We were three couples on a Holiday and primary Visit target was The Angkor vat, Most people would at best spend two days here, We choose to spend four full days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Siem Reap largely because of "Ibis Styles". Staff was courteous, Rooms were good, facilities like Restaurant,Airport Pick up and drops, Pool etc were very good.

The hotel was nice. The room were fine and lobby was light. The location is perfect. There were only some small things that could be improved. The reception staff were fine, but not always helpful when asked for information. I asked a question like 'if around town, about how much should I pay for a tuc tuc? The reception would only say 'you need to talk to the travel desk.' Or when they said the wifi password was my son's last name, but then spelt his name wrong, they ignored me when I said the name was wrong. The breakfast is okay, but is chaotic. They are more guests than tables. I put my Kindle on a table to get food, and someone came a put their food onto of my Kindle. Some people ate while standing.
