Excellent first rate service. Very accommodating to requests. The rooms are comfortable. The breakfast is excellent. And the front desk is superb. Luis Alberto and Paola are top of the line at the front desk in customer service. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Great hotel for before and after going to the Galápagos Islands. The service is top notch, front desk, housekeeping and concierge all equally good. I would highly recommend for just one night or for four nights as we did before and after our boat trip around the islands.

What a perfect stay!! I had five nights in an incredible room. It was amazing hospitality in a gorgeous hotel with a very attentive staff. Clean, safe, and what a view! Breakfast is fantastic. I would visit a thousand more times and can't wait to bring my family back.

Everyone was pleasant, the service was rendered speedily. The rooms were quite nice and clean. The hotel is in a great location with lots of restaurants nearby. The breakfast buffet is sumptuous and the room service food and food at the bar were all excellent

Absolutely amazing help at the front desk with Carla and Paula. I made a huge mistake with my reservations and they both worked very hard to help find a room last minute and late at night. Thank you, Carla and Paula! We are excited for the rest of our stay!
