Room on second floor had too much noise from street. Could not charge my breakfast to my room. When asked about this on checkout the reception told me it was my fault. Not nice.

Excellent service, nice installation, amenities and the whole environment very pleasant The food was of a very high quality and freshness . Personal service by chef making omelettes was par none. A variety of coffee which is harvested in an environmentally friendly manner was excellent! Very recommended if you are in Quito 😀👍

Nice staff. Friendly. Out of the way location so nothing really walkable. Cleanliness a concern. Our floors were super dirty that our feet went black after our showers and had to reshower. Coffee machine and fridge were broken.

Nice staff. Friendly. Comfy bed. Out of the way location so nothing really walkable. Taxis are inexpensive so not a major issue overall. Cleanliness a concern. Our floors were super dirty that our feet went black after our showers and had to reshower. Coffee machine and fridge were broken.
