a brief stopover in Quito. The reception staff and concierge wer super helpful and responsive. Great room especially one with a view.

Excellent breakfast. Helpful dining staff as well as luggage helper. I own a travel agency & brought a group of 32. I just wish there is a recognition somehow for bringing business this much. An upgrade would have been nice but i understand if not available. However, a little appreciation would be exceptional. I bring groups to all 7 continents & i do experience it in most locations but i did not feel any appreciation in your hotel. Little gesture would have given you at least 9*

Very nice hotel. Good rooms, great breakfast. The only downside is the front desk did not give us an envelope with the map, postcards and literature for our Galapagos trip.

Room a/c didn’t work. Told front desk who shrugged and told me they’d tell management. Poor customer service. Breakfast ok but egg station chef was extremely slow and didn’t understand our request. Rest of buffet ok but coffee not very good. Wouldn’t stay here again.
