I was expecting to be impressed by the hotel, but I was quickly disappointed. No one to help with luggage, I am disabled. The staff at the front desk were efficient, but neither friendly nor helpful. The room left me in shock; a giant chair with no cushion, I could feel the frame under me, a tv tray serving table with a folding chair for “desk”. The closet was a divider wall with a pole sticking towards the wall. At first the location seemed ideal, but it was too far from La Carolina area, or Colonial area. I tried the restaurant on site, food was average, the service catastrophic, and the attitude was that of a concentration camp…I was the prisoner. I have stayed at better places, and a hell of a lot friendly places for a lot less. It remained me of the French people’s attitude when you try to speak their language…

My stay was an overall great experience. The hotel is well located with a lot around it. I would have to highlight the great customer service and kindness of the housekeeping staff and breakfast staff. The breakfast was great with a large variety. The reason why I would not give a 10 is that the front desk staff was not very approachable and seemed to be bothered whenever someone would ask anything. As the first point of contact they should be more welcoming. Secondly, the beds were way too soft and there should maybe be firmer options.

Tv was awful. Everyday i had problems to watch tv. The tv loses the signal all the days. The toilet seat and lid are smaller than the toilet. Also are installed incorrectly and makes the seat very uncomfortable.
