I had a wonderful experience at the Ibis Quito hotel. Ruby was amazing during my checking in, and other front desk staff were very helpful in providing insights to help me with my travel plans e.g. with booking my massage therapy after a long hike. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were very delicious and the service was excellent. I highly recommend Ibis Quito.
