Rooms were very small but perfect for a short stay. Quiet area but close to restaurants, bars and shops. Buffet breakfast was fantastic.

Everything was fine and enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning. Room is very small and lacks a coffee maker and mini fridge which I believe should be standard in every hotel room. Location was good and in a safe area. Not sure if I would stay again since I enjoy a larger room with a few more in room conveniences but if you are a budget, it's a great place!

We reserved a briefing room on Sunday for our next day meeting. On Monday, the assigned meeting room was not delivered by management.

The window in my room did not seal properly, creating a constant draft that made the room uncomfortably cold during my stay.

Our stay at Hotel Ibis was wonderful! Pretty much what made it that way was the staff; from the front desk to the restaurant hostess, Arelis, the servers in restaurant, Maribel, Leonardo, Gabriela. Pablito as well. Also both security guards, Diego and the other gentleman.
