The physical location of the hotel was ideal because nearby supermarkets, outdoor restaurants and other places of interests were easily accessible. The hot water system in the showers was beneficial because of the coldness and the rooms were kept tidy at all times. The mountain view was splendid. The inside restaurant made a variety of meals meals and all staff members were courteous and respectful.

This hotel is not meant for stays longer than a night or two. We stayed 8 days. ALL employees were incredible!!! Food was so-so. Coffee was great. Breakfast could be better. Situated in a nice area

Our experience was excellent. Everyone was professional, polite, and accommodating. The facility was clean and well maintained. I was there for our international convention and many of the delegates enjoyed staying in the hotel to eat and fellowship in your dining area. Once the mix up that one of our parties didn't have her cedula was fixed it was fine, but initially she wasn't going to be allowed to stay, caused her to have anxiety attack. I spoke to the receptionist and the manager made an exception and allowed to check in with a photo of her ID.

There were 40 of us. Everyone loved it! Beautiful facility and professional staff. Super clean. Breakfast buffet is killer! 😋 Great location and easy access. Every aspect was a totally positive experience with one exception. We think larger rooms and King size bed option would make it perfect! See you next year!
