I was there two different timess The first time, my room (414?) was very weird--luggage rack on other sidde of room, tv not easily seen from bed, limited to no shelf/tble space. The second room (607) more than made upfor it. The staff was great!

Regarding the first room, I completely understand what you mention. The layout and furniture distribution should feel intuitive and comfortable, and clearly that wasn’t the case there. At the moment, we are in a process of renovation and gradual upgrades, including changes in amenities and improvements to our TVs and room setups, precisely to make the experience more functional and consistent. Your feedback comes at the right time and helps us focus on what matters most from the guest’s perspective. The hot water in the shower was not good.

Rooms are spacious, with nice view and ample bathroom. Breakfast is good, and the overall atmosphere at the hotel is very comfortable. Staff is very good, they helped me to get shirts ironed in less than an hour, and with an adaptor.
