I came as part of a tour group but arrived early. I booked my own first night. As part of Accor, I received a fair rate. The front desk agent put me in a beautiful suite and informed me I could stay in that room for the length of my stay.

Our suite was spacious, had great views, was clean and had a safety box. The Spicy restaurant and cafe had lovely, well priced food and the spa was amazing.

Good things: breakfast starts at 4am, which is great for early flights. Spacious rooms. Areas of opportunity: noisy because there is no AC in the rooms, so you can hear everything that happens in the street when trying to sleep. No option to accommodate a family of 4 in a single room. They close the pool on Mondays.

The customer service was fantastic. The front desk was very proactive and helpful. They relayed messages to us as soon as we walked in the front door. They helped arrange transfers/car service. We only ate breakfast at the hotel and it was very good with a wide variety of foods including an omelette station. The dinner menu looked good and if we had not already had plans, I'd have given it a try. The rooms are comfortable and large. The bed was a little firm for my liking, but still good.
