From rooms to restaurant, reception desk and porter staff helping with luggage and taxis; everyone could do enough to help us have a great stay. Only downside was that our room cards would cancel and had to be reset. Kirsten O.

Lovely spa

We arrived in the evening so made our way to the PH top floor to enjoy the spa while we could still see the city and far mountain view. It was a wonderful spa before and after the Amazon Rainforest. A small swimming pool, a hot tub, steam bath, sauna seeing the city and the shower rooms with the massage jets. Just remember to bring your swim cap (if not pay USD 5). They did say so at the spa reception, to maintain the cleanliness. Restaurant was good for both dinner and breakfast. Service friendly. Room was very spacious with a generous sitting area. Overall a comfortable stay before and after the Rainforest!!!
