Loved it!

Very pleasant stay. The included restaurant, Spicy, is delicious! We enjoyed everything we ordered. We had Kevin serve us and he did an amazing job taking care of us. I had the Mercure Sundae for dessert the last night of our stay and it was incredible. Thank you staff for making our stay great!!

Fantastic restaurant

We ate in this restaurant on two occasions. On both occasions the food and service were outstanding. Kevin, our waiter, was very helpful . The rooms at this hotel are luxurious. The gym is really well equipped and when I used it it was empty. The lobby is very welcoming and the staff are very friendly.

Good value and good breakfast

We stayed two nights at this hotel and had a pleasant experience. There were some tasty options for breakfast. The breakfast room serves as a restaurant at night and we enjoyed a dinner at the hotel. The lobby is spacious and generic; along the lines of a perfectly adequate large hotel. The location was not ideal for us so if I return I might explore other options. We did enjoy the short walk down to the handicraft market and picked up couple of things. We also visited an even closer handicraft store just on the corner from the hotel; this was an exceptionally nice store with fantastic staff and great items but you did need to have them let you inside as they keep the exterior door locked. Obviously, this is not related to the hotel per se but does speak to the location. Overall, this hotel offers a great value and we were pleased with the food. I would definitely consider potentially staying here in the future.

Not my first option in Quito!

First of all NO AC in the rooms…even the suites…this was a real shocker for us…the room was cool but not to the level I am used to…the suite was large with a old-ish design…the bed is not comfortable at all but well it was only for a few days. Surrounding gets very dangerous at night…be aware.

Excellent sushi

The dragon sushi was spectacular. An artistic and culinary delight! Fabulous evening. Highly recommend. Although the food was spectacular, as an American we're used to a quicker paced. Doesn't expect to wait an hour for sushi. But it was worth the wait. Robby took great care of us.
