Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent stay with us. We sincerely apologize for any confusion or frustration caused by the policies surrounding the access to the Executive Lounge for your child. Please allow us to clarify the situation: According to Accor's policy, children under the age of 12 are generally considered eligible for complimentary Executive Lounge usage. However, our hotel has adopted a different policy due to operational cost considerations, under which only children under 1.2 meters in height are considered eligible for complimentary usage. As your child did not meet our hotel’s specific height requirement, we had requested the use of an Executive Lounge voucher for the stay. We understand that prior to your arrival, our reservations team had already communicated this arrangement with you, and it was mutually agreed that a voucher would be used for the Executive Lounge usage. We regret that this was not more clearly communicated or that it still led to dissatisfaction during your stay. We are truly sorry that this inconsistency between our hotel’s policy and the Accor’s general standard negatively impacted your experience.
