The hotel is beautifully presented and check-in was fast and easy. They take a pre-authorized deposit of room plus extras. The room we were put into had a shower which you could see into from the bedroom which was not suitable for us with children, so we requested a room move which was fulfilled efficiently with the excellent assistance of Esther from Reception. The beds were a bit firm so we requested mattress toppers which were provided. Extra towels were delivered by the robot which was fun for the kids! A short stroll from the hotel is the popular Zumio temple and markets and right next door to the hotel is a Luckin coffee which is great for a morning pick me up. I would recommend staying at the Swissotel Foshan.

Pleasant and elegant looking. Good service. Quality beds. The only problem is fresh air.

To be honest you can hardly find better hotelin Foshan. It feels more European, hotels are better than other hotels. It is located in central location.
