We are Gold member, there was no welcome as a member. We were not located to the Elite floor and I think the hotel was not that full. There was no benefit in food or drinks as a member.

Regarding the room allocation, please kindly understand that we did not place you on the Elite floor because we upgraded your room to a higher-level Executive Floor room instead, offering you an enhanced stay experience. We regret any confusion this may have caused. As for the member benefits in food and beverages, we would like to clarify that a member discount was indeed provided. We are sorry if this was not clearly communicated or recognized during your stay, and we deeply regret any misunderstanding. Please be assured that we will strengthen our front desk training to ensure that all membership benefits, upgrades, and recognitions are properly explained and delivered to our valued members. Horrible bed. As hard as a rock. What a beautiful room but it was the most discomforting sleep. Had a constant back ache that got worse through the night. The check in was exciting as we were offered a buffet dinner but the sad part is the hotel doesn’t cater to vegetarian or vegan food despite asking, Sad.

Regarding the bed, please accept our sincere apologies that it caused you discomfort and back pain. We do have softer mattress toppers and a selection of different pillows available upon request. If any guest has a preference for bedding, we will do our best to accommodate their needs. Please feel free to let us know your preference, and we will prepare the bedding accordingly. As for the buffet dinner, we regret that it did not meet your expectations. We understand that our culinary team tried their best to prepare some vegetarian dishes for you, but unfortunately, they still fell short of your satisfaction.
