Dear Mr. W., Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the Swissôtel Foshan. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations, please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. I am sorry that you were not pleased with the service in our Chinese Restaurant. We investigated the case at once after we receive your comment. The Chinese Restarant manager said when you came to the restaurant in the second time, you ordered beef dish, rice and beer, which they thought was suitable for one person. So that there may be some misunderstanding because of the language difficulties. Your feedback of our staff is also what we are concerned about. We have Service English Training for our staff twice a month to improve their English skill so as to improve the guest experience. Sorry for the breakfast did not meet your expectation, please feel free to share your food preference with us during your stay, we would try our best to improve your dinning experience. Also, we've marked down your preference in your in-house profile. We appreciate your sharing your experience, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future.
