Dear Guest, Thank you for choosing to stay with us at Swissôtel Foshan. And we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and service lapse that you received during your stay. As the elevators are in the middle of the building, some rooms are near the elevators. Sorry for the room arrangement did not meet your expectation, please feel free to share your room preference with us during your reservation or check-in, we would try our best to improve your stay experience under the room status allowed. Also, we've marked down your preference in your in-house profile. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the need to change lifts to reach the room. Change elevators is mainly for the safety and privacy of our guest due to our property is multiple building with offices and apartments. Thank you for your understanding.
