Absolutely fantastic! From fast check in to fast check out! Staff behavior was above all other advantages, polite, kind and professional. Special thanks to concierge for all arrangements including cars and bookings and advises ... They upgraded us to corner Very big room - fantastic view, very client. breakfast was good (could have been better). close to good restaurants and attractions and seaside. Definitely will choose to stay here again.

breathtaking property, amazing view from room thanks to an upgrade. very nice breakfast. staff very helpful. incredibly good value for a hotel of this kind. only thing I would like to draw your attention to (which is why i'm not making this review public) is that the toilet cubicle in room 2303 has a very unpleasant smell of urine, which you should try and address. it may be in the marble somehow from over the years and may require more than regular cleaning.

We had an excellent stay at this property! The hotel has a grand lobby, a very good spa, and spacious rooms with amazing views. The location is quite posh—Main Nizami Street is just about 2.5 km away. We initially booked for 3 nights but ended up extending our stay for another 3 nights because we enjoyed it so much. We also tried the food at their coffee shop on the lobby level, and it was very good. A special mention to their Indian Chef, Mr. Gopal, who prepared delicious Indian dishes for breakfast. It would be even better if the coffee shop or room service menu could include a couple of Indian options as well. The only downside was the housekeeping, which could use some improvement. Otherwise, everything else was excellent, and we had a wonderful experience overall!

Pros: Room size Indian Chef Breakfast spread Team at restaurant during breakfast is very cooperative Cons: No concierge service you always have to lineup at reception which is always busy. Room service is poor Interiors and property is bit old you can se wear and tear You need book a ride to go anywhere although 5 mins, but nothing is within walking distance Frontdesk guys are a bit rude
