Top quality place. Very flexible staff. Clean rooms. Great view. Royal entrance. Credit to Arzu and Akbar in the waiting team also. Best location and brand new interiors. Food can be improved but overall a very reputable and respectful hotel

I got an excellent room view which I had paid for - worth every penny. However, the food quality in the restaurants was extremely poor and none of the windows opened which created issues for my wife overnight as she needs fresh air. Hence we decided to check out in the morning. However, in stead of allowing us an early check out, we had to get into a long drawn argument and send messages to ACCOR website before we could get the early check out done without a penalty. This experience left a bad taste in the mouth as, being a STARPRO agent, I have been used to much better customer service at Fairmont hotels. I believe some compensation is in order owing to this bad exeperiencel

Fairmont Baku-Flame Towers claims to be 5-star, but their customer service wouldn’t even rate 2 stars. From the moment I arrived, the experience was absolutely terrible. I was met with rude, dismissive, and unhelpful staff who made me feel like a burden rather than a valued guest. Despite their high ratings, the service here is shockingly poor. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of communication and accountability. I had issues with the room’s shower and bath, and there were no toiletries provided. I reported these issues multiple times, yet no one followed up, and the staff simply ignored my requests. This level of service is completely unacceptable for a so-called 5-star hotel. The next day, I requested a room change due to the ongoing issues. The receptionist, showing zero empathy, rudely told me the hotel was full and dismissed me without even attempting to help. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, he claimed he was the supervisor and shut down the conversation entirely. I ended up spending three uncomfortable nights without a proper shower, and none of my concerns were ever addressed. For the price I paid, I expected basic courtesy and professionalism, but it was clear the staff couldn’t care less about their guests. I will never return to this hotel and would strongly advise anyone considering a stay here to look elsewhere. This was far from the “luxury” experience they advertise.
