Two night stay for business meetings. Comfortable room; good breakfast and dinner. No desk in the room, which was a negative, and there was a bit of external (road) noise.

Breakfast could be served much cleaner and more orderly. The location is not very good. The distance from shopping malls and museums is too far. The view of the hotel rooms to the old part of the city and city suburbs is very disappointing and boring . I think the hotel has insects!

The hotel is in an excellent location and offers a very comfortable experience. Neat and clean sheets, etc and a good spread of breakfast

Hotel stay was awesome but I suggest to improve your front desk customer service. 1. We reached 2 hours before check in and since your check out is 12 PM then your team could arrange fast two rooms for us instead they kept us wait till 3 PM and that time they kept ready only one room. Waited for few time for another room. Atleast they could provide the gust some refreshments as part of customer service. Nothing happened and we waited in lobby with tiredness. 2. We booked for 2 rooms with internal access but they said it’s available but it’s bigger room and you need to pay extra which is out of my budget. They given second room little away from first room. Normally other hotels will upgrade and satisfy the customer if Incase no other connecting rooms. No one bothered about customer satisfaction. Sorry this is not a complaint against anyone but to notice you for further improvement in future for the best customer service. Apartment from this the rest of the stay was fine. Restaurant and food was nice. Everyone were friendly. Thank you
