I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ibis Hotel Baku, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and cozy, making me feel right at home. The receptionists Aga, Aslan, Hasan, and Fatima deserve special recognition for their outstanding hospitality. They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their professionalism and warm demeanor truly made a difference. The room was clean, well-maintained, but didn’t have all the amenities I needed... But that’s OK. The hotel's location is also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation.Overall, I highly recommend Ibis Hotel Baku to anyone visiting the area. A big thank you to Aga, Aslan, Hasan, and Fatima for making my stay memorable. I look forward to visiting again in the future!

Extremely hot room

I understand I ordered a budget room, but the pictures and description when I ordered were misleading. The room was advertised to have air conditioning, it did not, even though I set the ac unit to cold and at the lowest temperature, nothing but hot air came out. The room was blazing hot. When I reserved the room the photos of the room showed a window looking outside, but instead my room had a window looking into the hotel hall. The bed made a lot of noise, and it was impossible to make the room dark, the curtains did a horrible job blocking the light coming in from the window, as the window was inside the hotel. Definitely not worth the price for all the negatives.

Great Stay at the Baku Ibis City Hotel

I stayed at the Ibis City Hotel for an extended period and found the hotel and staff great throughout. The Ibis is classed as a "Budget" hotel but despite this it's clean, modern, with an extremely professional group of staff making the experience very pleasing.
