Check-in very slow makes guest wait at 03:00am. Early morning at 08:00 they knock your door for cleaning. Corridor very noisy. No even water in the room Not a good experience.

Check inn was smooth. Got early check inn which was a blessing. Booked premium room which was quite big and nice. However the carpet had a little smell and also the water in the bathroom had a pungent smell. The house keeping did not clean the room after 4pm even though we had the clean my room tag hanging outside our room. And when they did clean they did not clean or replace the glasses or mugs inside the room.

I really don't understand why this hotel is so well rated - both on all.com and Google Maps. First of all, the hotel tolerates people smoking in their rooms. This is especially problematic as many rooms have windows to the foyer. The hotel's location is convenient, but also extremely noisy. I requested my room to be changed, but that request was postponed by the hotel day after day, which led me to give up. The breakfast is standard, but gets boring from the third day on. Whether I'd have my room cleaned, and how, was pretty much of a lottery. Some days no one would come despite the sign being hung on the door. Other days towels were changed even if we had them hanging (which is against Accor's own policy).

We were very satisfied with the hotel especially the staff was amazing. There was small issue with condition of room, but without influence on our comfort. I decreased the rating because missing welcome amenity for gold member, but I guess this is company issue! They haven’t deployed how to provide those benefits for members. I have traveled to many hotels in Accor chain, but sometimes the benefits are really worth it, sometimes it’s OK, sometimes it’s nothing.
