I like the easy room reservation online and that it is possible to pay in cash upon arrival. I also like the location of the hotel, interior and infrastructure, and responsiveness of the local staff. However, I did not like the fact that my room had no outward looking windows, room without sun and air is like a prison cell. I also did not like the TV setup. Before arrival I emailed the customer service but received no reply. Everything else was normal/good.
