Hotel is nicely located. All is ok except one point: windows of my room were overlooking inner courtyard, We felt lack of fresh air.

Was in Baku for two nights and the Ibis was the perfect base … taxis are so cheap and easy to get in Baku everywhere is just around the corner… the staff where lovely and the Ibis there while probably nearer the budget end of their offering was just perfect for our stay.
