The hotel boasts an excellent location, and the room is impeccably clean with ideal air conditioning. Additionally, there is the convenience of complimentary water available from the water cooler located on the floor. The tropical shower didn't work as well as I had hoped.

Happy with my one night stay. Fresh, very clean and very comfortable bed. Located close to the metro. The area is quiet location, nothing really in the way of restaurants in the area and a bit too far from the city centre for my preference.

My partner and I stayed at Ibis Baku City for 3 nights. We are very grateful for the attentive and friendly staff especially the Front Desk team. It was my boyfriend's belated birthday trip and I have asked them a favor to provide a cake in our room on our arrival to surprise him. He was so happy for this kind gesture and he loved the flavor of the cake too. 😊 Our room was cleaned everyday and all of our towels were refreshed daily even if we don't ask them. We will surely come back on our next trip to AZN! ❤️
