Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your recent stay at Le Château Montebello. While it is appreciated to know that you found both the hotel and your room beautiful, we are truly sorry that several aspects of your visit affected the comfort and peace of mind you were hoping to enjoy. Please accept our sincere apologies for the level of disturbance you encountered during your stay, as well as for the impression left by the response you received when you raised the matter. It is true that March Break brings a significant number of families and children to the resort, which naturally creates a livelier atmosphere throughout the property. During this particularly busy period, our security team did make every effort to intervene and manage part of the situation where possible. However, they could not be present at all times, and a shared responsibility from accompanying adults is also essential in maintaining a respectful environment for all guests. That said, we fully understand how disruptive this was for you and regret that it affected the quality of your stay. We are also sorry to learn that the bathroom layout did not meet your expectations, and especially that the crate requested in advance for your dog, despite having been confirmed beforehand, was not available upon your arrival. We fully understand how frustrating and disappointing this must have been, particularly as it created unnecessary limitations during your stay. Your comments have been taken very seriously and shared with the appropriate teams. Feedback such as yours is essential, particularly when it highlights both service inconsistencies and missed opportunities to deliver the level of care our guests rightfully expect.
