It was a good experience but I had to ask the hotel a few times to have the music turned down. I could hear the bass all the way into my room. I’m not sure why the music needed to be so loud. Especially since there was no one in the pool area.

The hotel is ok. Not that well signposted due to its odd layout. Cleanliness was great. The service was fine. Long wait at the bar as they also serve the dinner guests. The decor is tired and dark. DJ by the pool was off putting… felt like I was in Ibiza.

To begin, Mickael is excellent at his job! He goes out of his way to welcoming guests to the Fairmont Gold. Room 635 is extraordinary! Also, a shoutout to Lou, Julia and Valerie at the poolside service who are so accommodating, kind and made our time there enjoyable. Also had great meals at the Axe Bar and the bartender (name?) was wonderful. She provided great service. Dinner at the restaurant was equally good and we had the pleasure of having Pierre serve us again, who is excellent.

We booked this 2 rooms to be with our boys for our anniversary. We arrived very very late Friday ( 3am Saturday 😬😂). When we got to our room Stephanie’s personal note with fruit ball changed everything. I had a metal plate in tire which I mentioned to concierge desk who advised valet and Sylvain at valet took good care, where my vehicle was who arranged a local shop to look after and asked me to go there which was took care with hart felt service. Pool experience was amazing too, could’ve been better with service. Comes to housekeeping wow 🤩 Lina and Helly blown our minds and expectations! Overall very good experience. We have been coming here since our boys were small, now they adults still able to enjoy the family time together. Appreciate everyone’s support and service. Thank you all!!!

I was very excited to stay at the Fairmont Mont Tremblant over our anniversary, and must say, that the hotel did not disappoint. Right from driving up to the entrance you are treated like royalty. The staff are all smiling and wanting to make sure your stay is memorable. Our room had a king sized bed and walk in shower which was perfect. You could tell that the room was recently renovated, and was very clean and well maintained. We loved all of the amenities, especially the outside terrace/pool area. Very spa like, with lots of loungers and areas to relax. We enjoyed eating at all of the restaurants including the Au Grain de Cafe and the terrace Bbq area, as well as breakfast at Le Comtoire. Delicious, and great service. We had an amazing dinner at the Choux Gras on our anniversary. Thank you to the staff for making our evening special. Thank you Fairmont Mont Tremblant, for exceeding my expectations.

The staff was lovey and the breakfast was outstanding. Sadly, the staff is either not equipped or allowed to handle parents with unruly children in the club or the restaurants. Kids ran amok. The hotel room was nicely appointed but too dark to read in the evening.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. We stayed in a suite with our kids, so the one room setup has its downsides, but we are thrilled that we could do this with such a convenient location. Our kids enjoyed the pool and game rooms. I enjoyed having access to a gym. We were a bit disappointed to have had some clothing accidentally taken out of our room during cleaning services. While we know this was an accident, we were disappointed to receive neither a sincere apology nor compensation for the lost item. Lastly, I found dirty socks and packs of gum under the side of my bed (neither of which belonged to us), so this calls into question the quality of the cleaning between guests.
