The hotel was in a great location, but the facility was outdated. The AC in the room made constant humming sound. The room was not vaccumed before our arrival. The previous individuals had cut their nails on the carpet and they were nice enough to leave it on the floor for us to step on. The staff were nice and helpful, the location was great, but the hotels needs a bit of work.

I found the staff very friendly and professional; check-in and check-out was very speedy despite the long line-ups. Same goes for the baggage storage and valet. Makes me to conclude that they are well managed and instructions given are clear. Also staff at the breakfast were efficient and friendly. Only "B-mol" remark to make is that room was stuffy and had an odour of fish (perhaps the previous client ate a meal in room just before).

Your staff was sick who were at the reception Couching and gagging . Even with a labor shortage they should not be there . My fiancé and myself are just getting over it . Fever and couching and chills . No sleep . We left the next day . Also we were never told there was no lunch as your restaurant was closed . I’m at the Fairmont to indulge myself. I asked for non allergic bedding and it wasn’t even after a few times housekeeping came over . So no sleep I was billed only half. I asked to pay nothing after that was offered. Your mandate is food and lodging and a secure environment to the standards of Accord We felt we were mislead when we booked This was my engagement getaway. Why do you have staff who are sick and coughing . Do you not know better . How many people got infected like us ??

They have to get tested and if they test positive, they must follow the recommendations of the government and stay home. Loved the food, great room, well situated, everything was perfect the only improvements would be to get pool side service, their was staff but they were just not moving, other then that perfection.
