We recently stayed at the Fairmont Tremblant and had mixed feelings about our experience. The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff. Everyone we interacted with was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. Their professionalism and positive attitude made a great impression and are truly one of the hotel’s strongest assets. Unfortunately, several aspects of the hotel experience fell short of expectations, especially for families. Our room was missing basic amenities such as shampoo, which was surprising for a hotel of this caliber. We also found it challenging to find dining options on-site, as several restaurants were either closed during meal times or reserved for conferences and private events. This made it difficult for families with children to enjoy convenient meals without having to leave the property. Another disappointment was the indoor pool, which was closed for most of our stay. Since the weather was quite cold during our visit, indoor activities were especially important for families. With limited indoor options available, the pool closure significantly impacted our overall experience. While the outstanding staff deserve recognition, the lack of available amenities, limited dining access, and closure of key family facilities made our stay less enjoyable than we had hoped. I would encourage the hotel to better communicate facility closures and ensure that essential amenities and dining options remain accessible to all guests.

Breakfast was just fabulous! The assortment of food choices was amazing! Our room was very relaxing and roomy. The only unfortunate thing was that the drain did not drain in the shower; water pooled to ankle deep.

My boyfriend and I came to Fairmont Tremblant to celebrate our 1 year anniversary, and it was such a perfect getaway! The hotel was close to everything we wanted to do and we took advantage of the amenities as well. We loved our experience at the pool, bar and breakfast buffet and found everyone very friendly.

it was a good experience overall. great staff, and the outdoor pools were beautiful, and my family really enjoyed it. the renovated room was nice but i think someone vomited in the room before our stay, and the carpet in between smelled like it. other than that, the room was nice.
