In our 2 week tour of eastern Canada we were fortunate to stay in a number of Fairmont properties, Tremblant was our favourite. From first arrival we were warmly welcomed by Paul on the Gold floor who gave us a tour of the amenities and our room which had a lovely outlook over the village. We enjoyed the pool, warm as bath water, and had fun on the table tennis and foosball tables. We managed to sample all of the food offerings that the Gold floor offered - breakfast, afternoon tea, canapés and desserts - though not all on the same day!! The room was spacious, modern and well equipped, just the place to rejuvenate after a long walk up the mountain or around the lake. But, as always, its the people that make the difference and all of the staff we engaged with, especially the aforementioned Paul went out of their way to make us feel welcome and made the Fairmont Tremblant one of our holiday highlights. Thank you team Tremblant.

I contacted the hotel a couple of days before my stay to specifically request an early check-in and a room upgrade, both of which are benefits associated with my Platinum status and subject to availability. Unfortunately, my experience upon arrival was disappointing. I arrived at approximately 3:30 PM, and my room was still not ready. Even more concerning, the front desk staff did not seem to be aware of the room upgrade benefit associated with my Platinum status. As a result, I had to wait until 5:00 PM before I could finally access my room. Given that I had contacted the hotel in advance and that these benefits are part of the recognition associated with Platinum status, I expected a much smoother and more informed experience. The lack of communication and awareness at the front desk was frustrating and did not leave me feeling that my status or requests had been properly acknowledged.

Great hotel situated in the Tremblant village. When I did the checkin, I didn't know what time we had to checkout though so I had to ask. Otherwise, great service overall. In the room the temperature seemed to be adjusted automatically. I was hot in the middle of the night.

The door knob was really hard to open and the alarm clock was broken in the room. When I got my car back form the valet, my tire was flat. We drove out of the parking lot, immediately noticed something was wrong and got out. We noticed the tire was flat so we pumped it up.

We had a great stay at Fairmont Tremblant. The location really couldn’t be better, right in the village with everything just a few steps away, and amazing views of the mountains all around. The service was excellent from beginning to end. Everyone we met was friendly, helpful and genuinely welcoming, which made the whole stay feel easy and relaxed. The hotel has a really nice mountain atmosphere, and we especially enjoyed the pool and outdoor areas.
