Convenient and comfortable stay for a ski in and out experience

Dear Mrs. C., Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback following your stay. While we are pleased to know you appreciated the ski-in/ski-out convenience, comfort of the hotel, and the excellent valet service, we are truly disappointed to learn that several aspects of your experience fell short of expectations particularly the breakfast service, check-in welcome, and indoor swimming facilities. Please accept our sincere apologies for the lack of attentiveness and efficiency you encountered during breakfast. This is certainly not reflective of the level of service we strive to provide, nor of the Fairmont standards you rightly expect. Your comments regarding the omelette station, service pace, and overall guest care have been taken very seriously and will be addressed directly with our culinary and service teams. We are equally concerned to hear that your arrival experience did not feel warm or welcoming. First impressions are incredibly important, and we regret that we missed the opportunity to make you feel genuinely cared for from the moment you arrived. The hotel is in a great location and our luxury queen 1 bedroom residence was a very comfortable and well updated room with a great view of the slopes. Housekeeping was excellent, rooms are impeccably clean and the housekeeping staff are very friendly. The valets were great too, always super quick and friendly. We got room service every day for breakfast and that was a highlight of dining at the hotel. Super fast, reasonable prices, and great food. Otherwise, we found the dining at the hotel to be limited and just okay. Kids are not allowed in the lounge and they have limited tables outside the lounge to order food during lunch. Le Comptoir is a buffet for breakfast and dinner… we don’t do buffets. For lunch they had a fairly small menu, mostly Italian food. We ate there one day and the food was just okay. The server was super friendly though. We had a nice dinner at Choux Gras one night. Our server was great and the hostess was super friendly. The food was very good. The cafe had good coffee and hot chocolates, but the food options there are mostly grab and go and limited. For breakfast, the pastries are in an open refrigerator case that everyone serves themselves from while waiting in line. Felt pretty basic for the level of hotel. To be fair, our last week long Fairmont stay was Banff Springs, which has incredible dining, so we may have had too high of expectations for this stay. There are lot of restaurants nearby, so we ate many meals offsite, but we would have preferred some additional options, especially on the exceptionally cold days. Overall we had a very nice stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Fairmont and are planning to return in December 2026. On New Year’s Eve, we requested a song from the DJ in the lobby, but our request was dismissed. As international guests, we would have appreciated hearing at least one Latin American song, which would have made the celebration feel more inclusive.

Had an amazing time at Tremblant. We weren't sure if we wanted to spend the extra money to stay here rather than another hotel in the village, but we're so glad we did. The rooms were comfortable, the outdoor hot tub was a highlight. And the food at Choux Gras was also amazing. We had the best romantic getaway and felt like every staff member was there to make us feel special and cared for. Would absolutely recommend.

Loved every second of my stay. I stayed there for 5 days due to a meeting and the hotel was very clean, very well located, rooms were big and comfortable. Restaurants in the hotel were also so good.
