Tremblant is a breathtaking destination; the Fairmont Gold Floor makes it worth revisiting. Ski in/ski out, valet ski service, 5 star dining, cool outdoor après (think outdoor spa with mountain views and cozy pit fires with a Veuve champagne bar) and well appointed rooms (fridge, Nespresso, tea service) complete the experience. I know I should mention the impeccable appearance of the property and rooms, but what truly makes the Fairmont special, particularly the Gold Floor, is its staff. Professional, attentive, warm and kind, it’s a high end hotel experience with an attention to detail that most resorts lack. Mickael and his staff curate an elevated personal experience every visit.

Great convenient location for skiing at Mont Tremblant. Facilities are quite rundown for a Fairmont. Also make sure you check your bill throughly.

Pillows were terribly uncomfortable, no structure to them at all. There were loud mechanical noises disrupting our sleep all night. Food selection within the hotel is very limited, and what we received was no where near worth the price. On the first afternoon the hot tub was full of screaming kids that were throwing snowballs and plastic cups (from the bar) which were hitting members of our group and other guests. There did not seem to be any parents supervising and the staff did nothing to intervene.

Your comments regarding sleep comfort, including the pillows and overnight noise, as well as the pool environment and lack of intervention, are particularly concerning and have been shared with the appropriate teams for immediate review. We are also disappointed to hear that the dining options and overall food quality did not meet your expectations. Your observations regarding the limited selection, perceived value, and breakfast offerings are well noted, as we continually assess our culinary experiences to better align with guest expectations. We apologize for the inconvenience you encountered during the booking process and understand how frustrating this must have been, especially when traveling as part of an event group. This is certainly not the seamless experience we strive to provide.
