Took our bags to bring in our rooms but only found out the there was a 10$ charge later.

Location was great, lovely village and surroudings, however as a 5* Hotel our expectations were absolutely not met. They organized a national dance contest (for teeners and kids) on the hotel but they failed to inform about this during our booking or before our stay. Due to that contest our stay for two days ( we stayed 4 days and 3 nights ) was far from the peacefull retreat that you would expect from a place like this. It was crowded and noisy. Because of this we had to wait for our car at the Valet for 20 minutes! A valet that we payed for. They were having works outside, but they failed to mention that they were also doing tests on the alarm system. Because of that when the alarm went off we followed the instructions and eneded up outide, on the side of the hotel going through the emergency stairs. Luckily a lady from the restaurant saw us outside, explained to us that the system was not working and that they were fixing it and opened a door for us. It was our first time in Canada and in Mont-Tremblant.
