The location of the hotel was very nice but the building has not been renovated in years, the room that they gave us was not worth the price it was too small and the view was pathetic. While checking in they told us that we will give you lake view room but it was not. Overpriced with basic rooms and amenities. Very disappointed with the room

We enjoyed our stay and very much enjoyed the renovated room. The outside terrace is beautiful. Last year, in July, we enjoyed the fire pit which was not turned on this year so we really missed that. It seems that now it is only on in the winter which was disappointing. The breakfast buffet was significantly scaled down compared to last year. We were looking forward to the in house baked goods which were not offered this year. The breakfast last year was a highlight that we were looking forward to so we were disappointed that the offering was changed. Also, we missed the great salads and sandwiches from the Ricochet cafe. They were amazing last year and were no longer available this year. This year, we had the poke bowl at the pool terrace instead and we did not enjoy it at all. Our overall experience was good but there were a number of changes from previous stays in the food department and with the fire pit that was disappointing. The quality of the food seems to have gone down.

Renovation should be from 12pm to 4pm when there are minimum amount of guests between check out and check in... this is common sense.
