We had a wonderful stay here in late November. Being the off-season, the hotel was peaceful and never felt crowded, which made the experience even more relaxing. The spa circuit was a highlight for us — moving between the hot tub, the warm pool, and the cold plunge was amazing and so well maintained. The on-site Axe restaurant was excellent, with great service and delicious food. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully set up. Overall, we were really pleased with our off season stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommend!

Great service and hotel, some maintenance issues. Room smaller than expected and issues with thermostat and shower temperature. Room was too hot, shower too cold. Turning thermostat down did nothing, shower at the hottest level was lukewarm..

The room was too cold even we had the thermostat at 26C , I think it was not working properly, my wife couldn’t sleep all night. The sound of the fan was very high, it’s not normal, I think it needs maintenance. I didn’t expect this from the hotel rated the best in Mont tremblant.
