Fantastic! What a wonderful staff! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating! From the moment we arrived everyone went out of their way to make sure we were happy and well taken care of. The front desk gave our dog many bags of home made treats that she LOVED. The dog wanted to stay another week too! Can't say enough great things about our stay and we can't wait to come back!!

An event full pre-season stay

We reserved a gold level suite for a 4 night stay at pre-season at the hotel. Due to construction the room was not ready upon arrival. Staff was very helpful and accommodating and ended up moving into a similar room in the middle of the stay. The hotel is in overall need of update, but the amenities are nice and working. The new pool deck will be wonderful when completed. The gold level manger and crew were exceptional and made up for the challenges with the room. The newly renovated lounge is a great feature of the hotel and very enjoyable.
