The hotel is conveniently located near the Parliament and other government buildings. The menu choices at the restaurant are limited, especially if a guest is a vegan or vegetarian. There are good restaurants nearby, well within easy walking distance. Staff are competent and friendly. Room was nice; adequate, but nor large. The gym is among the best I have seen at a hotel and there are adequate spaces outside to walk or jog along 'the canal'. The conference rooms that I attended were good and the service at these events was excellent. This property provided an overall good experience and I would certainly recommend it or stay here again.

Very disappointed experience, the hotel is very dated with stained carpets, smelly rooms, below average service, non temperature control pool, $60 per night parking etc. I booked 2 rooms and both smelled of mold/ stale water so had to request for a change. The changed room toilet was blocked and even the door was misaligned hence didnt close. Will never ever stay in this hotel and not worthy of even 1 star.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay very much. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and bright. The check-in was a little insane at 1.5 hrs and no parking available onsite. We ended up parking across the street underground for half the price it would have been had there been room at the hotel. One of our rooms was missing bathrobes and we were charged for wine we didn't drink in the room, but other than that it was a great hotel and we would definitely return for another stay. The location can't be beat. We loved how close it was to EVERYTHING!

Our room was not ready when we arrived at 4 so the front desk gave us a pleasant upgrade to a tower suite with a view of the canal and parliament. The room was very clean and spacious.
