The hospitality is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced while staying in a hotel. Yohan was attentive and truly cares about our experience while staying at the fairmont. The property is picture perfect and the view from our room didn’t seem like it could be real, we just couldn’t believe what we were seeing! The restaurant service and food were delicious and the staff everywhere were so kind. Thank you for this time away to enjoy my husbands 50th birthday!!

The property was beautiful and the setting magical. The Gold staff members were exceptional. My favorite experience was the horse back riding to Agnes Tea House. My only criticism is that the room was a bit tired for the price point. I understand it’s a historic property but for the Gold Experience I expected more. Our meal at the Lakeview was not as good as I had hoped. The food was average and the service was just ok. If I’m being thorough, the gym at the hotel could use some upgrading.

We loved the views and the canoe - but the canoe was wayyyyyy too pricey- especially as hotel guests. The BASIN was AMAZING! Josh at the front desk was the best!! Shoutout to him for his hospitality and helpfulness! Our room was very small. The food was just mediocre. One woman at Alpine Social was extremely rude.

Cantonville. Our stay at the Lake Louise Chateau Fermont was extraordinarily lovely. It provides relatively easy access to things that you need to do in the area, and we had a car, which was very helpful. The hotel itself has many hotel options in terms of food and beverage, as well as a spa that you can use for a cost. It's a beautiful place to stay, luxurious, and everybody is friendly and helpful.

Wonderful stay, I wanted to mention that the people , waiters, activities and front desk were so very friendly and easily engaged in conversation with us. We learned so much from them! I'd like to mention Daniel and Mike at the canoe location were so great . Loved playing Trivia and Music Bingo with Daniel . And Ben was a great waiter in the sports bar !

The cost doesn't match with what you get. The location is spectacular. It's one of the most beautiful places we have been. The hotel cost is up there with some of the best hotels in the world and it shouldn't be. The rooms are small and not a lot of amenities inside. No waters left in room with turn down, bad hair dryer, small closet. The soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion are nice and view from our suite was incredible. We had a suite, but it was connected to another room. This was very disappointing as we could hear our neighbors conversations and movements within their room. We also could hear the housekeeping staff early in the morning. It woke us up and we had to call to complain. Sadly that didn't help, so we had to knock on the door to ask the housekeepers to be quiet. Awkward and not what we wanted to do on our vacation. The restaurants are mediocre at best, except for Louiza. Louiza alone, saved our trip. It's a great restaurant. Unfortunately, it was the only place to eat in the hotel. The others were bad. The other thing that saved the trip, was every staff member we encountered. They were kind, friendly, happy, great attitudes, and we've never been to a hotel or resort where every staff member we had contact with displayed all of those characteristics. Having said that, we won't be rushing back to the Fairmont. It's not worth the price tag. Once you renovate, get two/three world class restaurants, a better spa to match your Basin experience, we will reconsider. Thank you to your amazing staff and to Louiza's chef and staff for a wonderful experience there.

Our stay at the Château Lake Louise was nothing short of magical. It felt like we were in a fairytale. the incredible and unique Lake Louise, and the hotels dramatic view of the lake, made for an unforgettable experience for almost everything we did at the hotel. every meal every cocktail was enjoyed with a breathtaking view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The food was delicious and the service was consistently exceptional. We had our first Nordic spa experience at glacial Waters basin spa was one of the most enjoyable experiences we’ve ever had. The multiple saunas and pools, and hot and cold water features made for an invigorating and incredibly relaxing experience that I don’t think will be topped anywhere else in the world. We enjoyed visiting all the nice shops in the hotel. All the staff throughout the hotel was extremely helpful and friendly. We whiled away the hours lounging in different portions of the hotel and sitting by and strolling along the lake.
