Brief stay- checked in to a beautiful room overlooking Lake Louise. Had a delicious dinner with a breathtaking like view. Spent the morning hiking around the lake. Perfect stay.

Perfect location right next to Lake Louise. The service was truly five-star, and every staff member we encountered was kind and welcoming. I highly recommend the guided Fairview Lookout hike. Our guide, Darcy, was fantastic! Knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging, he made the experience even more memorable.

The negatives would be that the showers had VERY poor water pressure. If you turned the handheld to point up, the water did not even rise 2 cm. Staffing at breakfast could have been better at times. It seemed like they were struggling to replenish the platters on certain days. The positives- besides the great room and location, the staff was very friendly and professional. We very much enjoyed Charlotte at Louiza’s on Sunday May 24 I would like to give a special shout out to Darcy, our guide on 2 hikes. He was amazing!!!! He worked within everyone’s abilities and I believe spent extra time with us. His love and knowledge of the outdoors came through constantly. He gave us great tips for the rest of our trip. I can honestly say that he single-handedly made a very good trip into a great trip. I wish we could have had him every day!!

My family and I had a marvelous time staying at the Fairmont Château Lake Louise. From the time we checked in to the moment, we checked out, every attempt was made by the staff to make us feel welcomed. Everyone was so accommodating and willing to go the extra mile. I would like to mention specifically our server at the Louiza where we had breakfast each morning. Our server Cy, went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and provided the best service. This was our first trip to the Canadian Rockies, but it will certainly not be our last. I would wholly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a special and unique experience here at Lake Louise. We will certainly be back in the future.
