I am pleased to hear that you enjoyed your dinner in our Level 6 restaurant and that you found both the food and service to be excellent. It is also wonderful to know that you were happy with your room and found the bed comfortable. However, I am very sorry that your stay was disrupted by noise from the nearby lifts. I completely understand how disappointing this would have been, particularly when you had chosen to stay with us to ensure a restful night's sleep before an early start. Whilst I am pleased to hear that you found our team to be very good and that your room was clean, I am sorry to learn that several aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. I appreciate your comments regarding the room layout. While our bathrooms are designed with a modern, open-plan concept, we understand that this style does not suit everyone's preferences, particularly when sharing a room, and I am sorry that this detracted from your stay. I am also disappointed to hear about your dining experience. I apologise that the bar and restaurant were at capacity, leaving room service as your only option, and I am especially sorry that your meal arrived cold and did not meet the quality you expected. This is certainly not the standard we strive to deliver. I have shared your comments with our Food & Beverage team so they can review both the food quality and our room service processes. I also note your feedback regarding the delivery robots. They are intended to provide a convenient and efficient delivery service; however, I appreciate your perspective and understand why the experience did not add value, particularly when the meal quality did not meet expectations. Finally, I am sorry to hear that the heating in your room was not functioning correctly. I have shared this with our Maintenance team so it can be inspected and addressed. Kia Ora, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your recent stay with us. I am pleased to hear that you found our location convenient after your early morning flight, enjoyed a comfortable night's sleep, and received a warm welcome from our Front Office team. However, I am sorry to learn that your experience was impacted by inconsistent hot water in the shower and the lengthy wait for your coffee the following morning. While we appreciate that it was a public holiday and the hotel was particularly busy, a 40-minute wait is certainly longer than we would expect, and I apologise for the inconvenience this caused. Your comments regarding the shower have been shared with our Maintenance team for investigation, and your feedback on the coffee service has been passed on to our Food & Beverage team so we can continue to improve our service during busy periods.
