Kia Ora Des, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m pleased to hear that you found the location convenient and the check-in and room satisfactory. However, I apologize for the difficulties you experienced with locating the bar and restaurant. We’ll work on improving signage to make these areas easier to find for our guests. Regarding the two-hour booking and the high stools, I appreciate your suggestions. We’ll review the seating arrangements and consider making adjustments to ensure comfort for all guests.
