The air conditioned was not working properly, very noisy, did not cool the room, and was unfortunately not obvious to fix anything with the remote control. No warm water to shower in the morning, after a sweaty night. That was very unpleasant. This second time was a no recommending experience.

I didn't like the restaurant in hotel. The service the restaurant was not profissional, forgot my request and not worried about it. The hotel is very beautiful, and location near of bus stop and metro station.

I´m very happy! The service is very good, the room is clean and quiet. The breakfast is so tasty. About the location, the hotel has a very easy acess for all public service, mall, and others facilities. Congratulations!

Breakfast was very good... however, the hotel has too many problems. Electricity failed in the early morning, between four and five in the morning. This was very bad for me, since I need to sleep with a CPAP.

I was on a business trip visiting companies in the Faria Lima area so i decided for a close by no frills hotel and my expectations were delivered. I forgot my electronic book in the room and staff kept it for me so it was happily retrieved. Big Thank you to the staff!

The hotel was simple and the breakfast was good enough, but I love the room, because it was clean and large enought for my needs. I could sleep very well by blocking all the sunlight and by laying on an excelent mattress.

Cozy accommodations with beautiful colors and contemporaneous draws on the roof. Awesome breakfast, lot of options, healthy, and delicious food. Not so good bathroom (no ventilation at all). Bad room service!

The location is great (~3 blocks from the subway) with several places to eat nearby. The room was a little bit dark, but it was comfortable and the view of the room was good. The split worked only in the cold mode. They have a parking lot (~R$12 per day).

when i have booked the hotal, the hotel description was showing that the same was a new one and when i got there, the hotel was old and dirty. the check-in is very slow and the check-out is the same. totally different that i was thinking. i wouldn't like to back there again

Great location to stay for short time periods. Despite the room was very clean it should be a little bit more confortable with new bed wear and towels. Air-conditioned didnt work so good. It was a little bit noisy all night long. Breaksfast served was OK with a few healthy food options (juice, fruits, cakes, breads)

I made an advanced check-in and informed my arrival time. The keys were available at arrival, but did not open the door of the room. I went back to the reception desk, that changed my room, instead of exchanging the keys. The air conditioner did not work in the new room. I telephoned the reception desk, they sent someone from maintenance 15 minutes later. The person checked that the air conditioner was broken and called the reception desk. My previous room was no longer available. They had to find me another room. Eventually I got it. The whole process took longer than an hour! The hot water tap in the sink of the toilet did not work at all. No welcome drink was offered!

The room is simple but comfy. I like the bed but the pillow was softer in the original Ibis. With the new liquid soap in the sink and shower, the bathroom get much more practical. The breakfast is good, but it lacks local food. The amenities of the restaurant was too crownded. You may need to figth for a table or the bread (the only thing that was lacking really).
