Air cond cant function well, hot especially at night No water supply

I am very sorry to hear about the shortfalls you encountered and understand how this could not meet your expectations on certain levels, we have taken note on your comment regarding the noise from the air conditioning. We do regular checks on each room and try to ensure the air conditioning is smoothly and quietly. Very disappointed, that you do not inform guests prior to arriving that your executive floor is closed. On check-in I was told breakfast was in the cafe and drinks as per usual would be served from the cafe, I accepted this but the mistakes made on my billing were terrible. First of all, I had prepaid but my credit card was charged for the rooms. In addition to that breakfasts and coffee from the cafe were also charged this took a number of emails to sort out and I am still waiting for my card to be credited. Apart from that the staff were attentive and the room was clean and well appointed.

Requested a room with nice view and was given exactly that, thank you. Shower water pressure is poor (hot water) cant even have enough pressure to use the ceiling shower. Other than that the stay was splendid.

Everything and everyone from front desk, to bell boy were superb. Food was great. Would improve the room cleaning. Left out replenishing some things like coffee.

I've always wanted to stay at Sofitel and finally got the chance to. The experience definitely did not disappoint! The room was really comfortable, complete with amenities. The staff was really friendly too. Khairul was attentive to requests and even insisted to help carry my luggage to the room even though it was just a hand carry so really appreciated the help!

overall it is nice experience stay in Sofitel KL Darmansara. the Opera suite room are awesome. one thing need to highlight is we forget the wallet keep in the safe and the hotel staff very kind find out and call us to collect it back.

Beautiful room and comfortable bed. In room dining was delicious. My only concern was during check in. Front offfice staff was not friendly. No welcome greeting was addressed, no explanation about breakfast time and place. Please improve. Check out staff was efficient and friendly.

Sofitel never disappointed us. We really enjoy our stays there. Polite staffs, attended to all of our requests. The shower spa is the new offered in Sofitel, recommend for everyone that want to relax without leaving the room.

when we arrived at the hotel with our online check-in we expected to get our card when we arrive at the hotel lobby, unfortunately, the room is not ready we wait for an hour to get our room ready and it is late check-in. We got welcome drinks but will limited choice, we thought they will be refreshing drinks but only tea and coffee were available. While we enter the room there is a little smell in the room. We are glad we are allowed for late check out the next day we our late check-in.

Very new and nice hotel. Rooms are big and cosy. Overall outlook is grand and elegant. Swimming pool and gym is great. Hotel restaurant and bar is nice too. Only drawback is nearby mall is small, limited food choices.
