It’s a convenient place to stay if you need to spend one night near the border. The room was clean, and the front desk staff were very nice. The only downside was the breakfast staff — they could be more friendly. It felt like they were watching you as if you were trying to take something, even though breakfast is included in the room rate. I only grabbed a coffee and a few pieces of fruit, and it still felt uncomfortable. Overall, it was a good stay.

The room is clean and efficient. but the staff here screw up my laundry. I stayed here total 4 nights 11/26 - 11/30. On 11/28 which was friday I turn in my laundry to one of front desk lady that indicate will be ready next day afternoon (11/29). The next day afternoon I asked the front desk they first confused when ask second time the told me to go back to my room wait for call. This never happend! Not until the next morning at 6 am i rush to front desk a guy receptionist give me a very distant and unhelpful attitude and repeat have me wait until 7 am. i have a bus to ride back USA on 8:15 am so I have limited time but I still wait last guy with limited english call the laundromat and told me need to wait additional 30 minutes for them to do rush deliver, and this was at 7:30 so I have to force to abandon my clothes to come back. -5 star i will give this establishment totally garbage I followed the laundry rule still got screw over. total shit show. The receptionist are either lazy or total jerk
