I had a full size-double bed room. Would prefer a Queen beds. There was no fridge or microwave which was a huge problem for us as we had items that required refrigeration. Bathroom has a personal sized shower, small enough for one person to go in and out but not spacious enough for an overweight person (heads up). Rooms are small, overall very nice and comfortable. They offer a buffet style breakfast at a cost and parking is in the basement which was a huge plus! Very safe, clean and convenient! FYI they take major credit cards, no cash. Will definitely stay again!

Rooms were clean, comfortable, hotel was nice and clean. Well located within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, night life, etc. Shower stall doors didn't operate properly, showerhead in middle of shower was annoying, shower drain was slow and kept backing up. Hand sink stopper was missing and worried about dropping jewelry or items down the drain. Young lady at the bar and breakfast buffet was very pleasant and helpful.

Check in process was horrible, we tried to do early check in and was not available, we went back to the hotel at 3 and hotel lobby was full, no place to sit and wait, they ended up putting our name on the list for check in and gave us a key until 3:40. Turns out when we get the room, the room was not ready and they were still cleaning it. We had to head to the lobby again (taking all of our luggage down) to see what could be done, and they gave a different room. When we get to the room the bathroom was not clean, there was some dirty water on the wc, we had to flush. The only thing they provide in the bathroom is hand/hair/body soap so a one for all which feels kind of cheap. The tv in the room was very old and we basically chose to not use it. The only good thing is the breakfast, it was very good.

There is no towel, no shampoo after I checked in around 5:30 PM. Phone was not working. The TV didn’t work either. It seems everything was broken. I checked out around 9:30 PM on the same day. Very bad experience. The hotel is poorly managed.

This hotel may look nice , but it is far from that . The water running in this hotel taste horrible and has a very foul sewer / fish smell . It I so disgusting waking up in the morning to brush your teeth and find the water in such critical conditions. During my first breakfast visit , two working ladies began a loud discussion and started fighting physically in the kitchen where everyone can see and hear . As much as everyone minded their buisness , it felt scary and sad seeing this situation . No one apologized or adressed the guest in the lobby , who knows how much anger these ladies had for each other that I could only imagine the worst of someone being harms way due to them and their actions.

This is a great hotel. I only stayed for 1 night the staff are very friendly. The check in was very quick. Self parking available underground for free. They have a nice bar in the lobby level. The room was small which I didn't bother me as long as the bed was comfortable which it was. The hotel and rooms were very clean. I would stay here again

The hotel is clean. My favorite thing about stying here is the location and the customer service. One thing I did not like was that I got bitten by a flea. I know they let pets stay but that was a major issue for me.
