So I booked thru the app, my reservation was QFPSDHPZ, just found out that I didn't get any points (when I made the reservation I was getting points) and also the night doesn't counts (I don't know why...) to the nights count, IT WAS MY 30 NIGHT and this was going to secure that I'd become a Gold member, I'd love to know your excuse why Accor won't give me my points and the night especially after I BOOKED IN YOUR APP AND CHOSE THE RATE THERE, ALSO AFTER THE BOOKING SAID I WAS GETTING CERTAIN QUANTITY OF POINTS. WHAT'S THE POINT OF OFFERING REWARDS THAT ACCOR IS NOT WILLING TO FULFILL.

I have stayed several times in this location mainly for a quick cross the border stay ! Rooms are a bit small but comfortable, we always book w the breakfast option and this time the service was great not sure the name of the woman that took care of us but she did care about making sure we had everything we need it (we took care of her as well because she deserved) The kitchen did great and food was very tasty and plenty of options if could make wish it will be that they can make the chilaquiles in the kitchen and not self serve I guess small batches to keep them looking good (just a thought) Anyway we really enjoyed the service and food two thumbs up the room was fine a few thing need to be repair (room 755) Tv bracket not working well and goes sideways, bigger shower door hits small door or the other way, lamp on mini closet was not hanging correctly it feel like it may fall at anytime. other than that it was all good and we will be back for another cross border overnight ! Thanks to all !
