I called to asked a what time I can check in and they said 2pm.. i arrive to minutes prior to that and they told me to wait.. i went to the store and came back and they told me to wait until the computer gives the lady access and that she will let us know so i waited and at 2:50 pm I see other guess doing their check up so I proceed to get in line. The lady didn't even acknowledged the fact that she told us to wait and she totally ignore us.. we were sitting at the lady so there was no way she forgot about us. At the end another lady helped us but she seemed also frustrated.

The service was great. All employees including the restaurant‘s employees were awesome. The part I didn’t like is the rooms are way to small. My reservation was for 4 people and I was only getting 2 towels per night. I had to request an additional two towels per day.

During check in service was not very nice, attitude was not very nice; Telephone on room was not working so I could not order room service, I went to the lobby to ask for my meal and ask for reparation of telephone and reparation service never arrived, cleaning service was so bad, garbage or service food ordered was never cleaned, I was checking Ibis hotels, and honestly I dont want to use this Hotel brand anymore.

The receptionist was rude and did not answer my questions didn’t even explained what time was the check out time…. I mentioned that I had requested late check out trough your web page and said that wasn’t even an option, a had just woke up when both the morning receptionist was blowing my phone to rush me out! Not only by phone by they send two other people to knock on my door to rush me out without even introducing themselves or at least say hi! Their only interest was that I left.

Room is so narrow hardly move around air con is not working when i was there no coffee maker or compliments accessories even the bathroom space is limited no security box inside the room Towels are old only thing i can give this hotel a credit is price thanks
