My husband had to have an operation and our dog sitter wasn’t available. Our only option was to find a pet friendly hotel. Everyone there was friendly, helpful, and loved on my old dog. There’s a pet fee and deposit not included on travel websites.

I really enjoyed the personnel, everyone was very hospitable and pleasant. However my room door did not make me feel safe because it had a hole that all you need to open it is a screwdriver. The reason I know this is because my key card didn’t work and the maintenance man had to come and open my door with a screwdriver to put a new battery in the key card machine. I didn’t feel safe with that. I did have a door latch but still the idea that someone can open my door easily is scary. Also it would be nice to have a dinner buffet. I was still able to order so it was good. The food was really good, no complaints there.

Great staff, great service, great food. Also, 2 awesome taco shops 1 minute walk away. Early to late hour pharmacy literally across the street. Multiple medical services facilities a few blocks away. A three minute taxi ride (Didi .. approx $3-4 USD) to everywhere else. Lots of professional and medical guests were staying there. I walked to the mall (grocery store is there -> Big, nice.. like a very professionally staffed Target/Walmart store. I refer this hotel to my friends going to TJ for medical/dental work. I'm an ICU nurse in the USA. This is my goto place to stay when I go to TJ for dental and knee/shoulder/hip PRP/Exosome/Synvisc injections and laser work for skin aesthetician work.
