The property and rooms were beautiful, and there were many aspects of our stay that we enjoyed. That said, I was surprised by several parts of our experience given the cost of the resort. Upon arrival, the sheets on our bed were ripped, and the body wash in our shower was completely empty. On Saturday morning, we called for breakfast and were told the wait time was approximately 90 minutes, which felt excessive for a resort of this caliber. Additionally, the pool area did not feel as well maintained as expected. The canopies and cushions around the pool were stained and looked worn to the point that I edited them out of photos. Early in the morning, I also found children’s bandages near the pool and noticed a significant amount of trash and old tableware underneath the poolside furniture, which appeared to have been there from prior days. None of these issues on their own were terrible, but collectively they made the experience feel inconsistent with what I expected for the price paid. Given the cost, I anticipated a true five-star experience. In comparison to past stays at Four Seasons properties, this stay felt disappointing despite being similarly priced.

This was hands down the nicest hotel experience I have ever had. The rooms were beautiful, the beds comfortable and the staff incredibly friendly and attentive. The surrounding property was gorgeous with so many activities available that I wish I had been able to stay longer just to try them all.
