The service here was truly worthy of a 5 star experience. All the staff, from the valet, to check-in to housekeeping to room service all radiated warm hospitality. If I had one criticism it would be that the pool would be more comfortable in the fall/winter if it were just a bit warmer. Secondly, we had a fire pit room and the propane ran out shortly after we started it up, so perhaps housekeeping could swap out tanks at every check out. Other than that, no complaints whatsoever.

I came into the Fairmont to resolve a reservation issue and Dylan T working at the front desk was absolutely amazing. I had attempted to reach someone 3 times through the concierge to no avail, and decided coming to the property would be better. Dylan listened intently, and got to work immediately to resolve the issue. He was kind, professional and extremely resourceful. I am so appreciative that he took the time to resolve the issue with care and professionalism. Dylan deserves recognition for his amazing customer service!

We have stayed 3-4 times in the last few years. The decor for the holidays was beautiful however the property does look a little tired. Particularly the rooms and the carpet.
