We travelled to Melbourne for our anniversary, great surprise to see the lovely fruit platter and bottle of bubbles waiting for us. The room was very clean with lots of amenities, it was also nice and quiet too. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Very difficult, no compromises Was sent pages of legal stuff, dont take peoples feelings into consideration

Staff make promises, but never follow through. After waiting 90 minutes for a pillow, I went to reception to get it myself, only to be told it would be delivered to my room. This seems a typical thing as on my previous stay, I had to ask multiple times to get anything. Staff promise it will be done, and that’s the last you hear. So much time is taken out of your short stay on asking for stuff again and again. The carpets on the hall way are filthy, they look like they need to be torn up. I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

Waiting such a long time for a basic item and having to repeatedly follow up is unacceptable and not the level of service we aim to provide. We are also very sorry about the condition of the hallway carpets. Hotel was clean, well located & the staff very friendly & helpful. Room was a little small (no room for 2 suitcases) & a poor design with the sink in the room & not in the bathroom? Pretty Boy restaurant very good (& resonable).
