Got mixed answers from the reception team. I was told the night before my checkout that since the checkout was on a sunday, there is plenty availability and as a gold member i can get an easy extension until 2 pm fir late checkout. On sunday morning Mr Bait clearly said things that were quite upsetting. He said even though there is plenty availability he cannot give us an extension because my family will nake it messy between 12 and 2pm. He said he has no idea why his team promised otherwise. Also he mentioned that Gold member means nothing and has no special benefits as it is same as silver. I am quite taken back by this hospitality .. i’ve been a loyal member for long, stayed in novotel and other accor hotels around the world atleast 20 times in just 2025
