Due to our internal procedures and security measures, we are unable to store luggage for extended periods without the owner's presence. I hope you understand the necessity of these policies. However, after discussing your request with the hotel director, we have agreed to make an exception. Moving forward, during your stays, we will be happy to store your luggage in our luggage room when you're away from the hotel.
