Dear Xun C., Thank you for your feedback. We highly appreciate your loyalty to our hotel. Due to our internal procedures and security measures, we are unable to store luggage for extended periods without the owner's presence. I hope you understand the necessity of these policies. However, after discussing your request with the hotel director, we have agreed to make an exception. Moving forward, during your stays, we will be happy to store your luggage in our luggage room when you're away from the hotel. In response to your concerns: Room safe: As a 3-star hotel, our rooms are not equipped with in-room safes. However, we do offer a safe deposit box at the reception for any valuable items, should you need it during your stay. Carpet: The carpet design is inspired by a circus theme, which is part of our unique concept. We understand that this style may not be to everyone's taste, and we respect your preference. Children pricing and breakfast policy: Our pricing policy for children varies across different hotel brands (Novotel, Mercure, ibis Styles, ibis). The age at which children are considered adults for breakfast and other services differs, and we do not have control over these policies. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused. Service at breakfast: We sincerely apologize for the behavior of the breakfast attendant. Please rest assured that we will address this issue with her to ensure a more professional and welcoming attitude in the future. Thank you once again for your feedback.
