My experience couldn't have been any better! We got there early just asking if we could leave our bag there and instead of just leaving the bag they gave us a room. From there on the experience was just perfect. The breakfast was exceptional as well.

I have stayed in this hotel for more than 30 nights in this year. Before while I having a short time business trip to other city, I can store my spare luggage in the hotel. But this morning the lady rejected my request, make me very inconveniently.

Due to our internal procedures and security measures, we are unable to store luggage for extended periods without the owner's presence. I hope you understand the necessity of these policies. However, after discussing your request with the hotel director, we have agreed to make an exception. Moving forward, during your stays, we will be happy to store your luggage in our luggage room when you're away from the hotel. We always aim to offer a personalized approach to our guests, and I hope this solution will be more convenient for you in the future. Positives: hotel is new and clean, good water pressure in the shower Negatives: No safe in the room, limited place to store luggage/clothing. Toilet paper of very low quality & the toilet paper roll holder is mounted in a way that makes the roll fall down every time when it's used. Breakfast lady with long hair extremely unfriendly - no 'good morning' and rolling eyes when asked question, at 9.30 not all options were available anymore despite serving breakfast till 11, strawberry smoothie undrinkable. (Dark) carpet in a hotel room in 2024 is just a no go. Unclear policies regarding children prices, when booking on all.arcor.com kids under 17 are counted as 'children'. In the next step of the reservation the info occurs 'in the Hotel Ibis Style Szczecin Stare Miasto some of you children are counted as adults', in the hotel itself all children above 11 are treated as adults, so full price at breakfast for every child above 11. Family rooms had no interconnecting doors.

Children pricing and breakfast policy: Our pricing policy for children varies across different hotel brands (Novotel, Mercure, ibis Styles, ibis). The age at which children are considered adults for breakfast and other services differs, and we do not have control over these policies. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused. Service at breakfast: We sincerely apologize for the behavior of the breakfast attendant. My room was made up only once in the stay & coffee facilities were not cleaned in the two days. More variety on the breakfast warm offerings.
