The room was fine, clean bedding. The only complaint I have is heating not working. The nights were cold. After being out all day and coming back to the room in the evening could do with turning on the heating for half an hour to warm up the room. After 1st night, I have spoken to the reception in the morning and they said they will send someone to look it. That same evening, turned on the heating and again it wasn’t working. The following morning asked another receptionist to check it but when I got back in the evening, same story… I was ignored basically. Very disappointed.

There is no electric kettle in the room to make tea and coffee. I do not like walking down the corridor to get hot water from the machine, I am not happy about this, it should be part of the service. For all the Novotel and IBIS hotels that I have stayed in Poland and Germany, they all have electric kettes to make tea and coffee. All other hotel chains e.g. Holiday Inn and Hilton have this facilities as well.
