Dark, obsolate room

Szanowny Panie Karolu, Przykro nam z powodu tak niskiej oceny w wypełnionej ankiecie. Nie mówi ona nam wprost co było nie tak podczas pobytu, więc chcielibyśmy zapytać o to bezpośrednio. Jeśli ma Pan konkretne uwagi odnośnie pobytu to chętnie się o nich dowiemy. Naszą podstawową misją jest satysfakcja gościa, która w tym wypadku jest bardzo niska i nie chcemy, żeby podobna sytuacja miała miejsce w przyszłości. Żałujemy, że nie zgłosił Pan na recepcji, że prezentowany stan pokoju Panu nie odpowiadał - moglibyśmy przynajmniej zapewnić pokój lepiej oświetlony. Jeśli chodzi o oferowany standard to posiadamy świeżo wyremontowane pokoje, więc jesteśmy pewni, że może Pan się czuć u nas dużo bardziej komfortowo. Mimo wszystko wierzymy, że jeszcze Pan nas odwiedzi i da możliwość do rehabilitacji. Jeśli będzie Pan chciał odwiedzić Szczecin proszę o kontakt na adres: h3…, postaramy się, żeby drugi raz się Pan nie zawiódł na naszym hotelu. The hotel is very nice and well located. The room was very clean and organized but a little noisy, because it's close to main street. In general my experience was great and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Reception people very friendly and offer all help and service you need. Parking is not without problems due to problems with the ticket machine and make entrance difficult. The room are small but very clean and good toilet and shower facilities. It should be a advantage if there could be some free of charge drinking water in the room, that improve the hospitallity of the hotel!

great located in the centre of the city, close to bus and train station, a little bit noisy because of outside sounds of trams and cars, walls need painting, door to toilet needs renovation, comfortable bed, noosy air-conditioning, dust and sand seed under bed and on the floor, lack of kettle with cups and tea&coffee bags, water machine fully available, apples and croissants at the reception for free. restaurant for breakfast too small, and not convenient, close to reception desk..located in the the entrance to the hotel..(main hall), but breakfasts good enough. Too little tables, the restaurant staff not interested with constant tables preparation for the new guests.

The hotel is an average IBIS hotel with a nice clean room and a good breakfast. The hotel is located very close to the center, the two big shopping-centers and other attractions. We've stayed there many times and will be coming back again.

Check in is fine - parkering the same - the rooms are nice and clean - the breakfast is very sparse, little room for the quests, and the staff leave the used plates and cups on the table, making it hard to find a clean table.

Thanks to excellent customer service and kindness off all stuff, my overall impression was positive, however facility requires a lot of technical maintenance. Some of examples: missing bathroom lock, shower doors not fitted and backed up against side frame due to faulty rollers (not properly adjusted within rail). I stayed in this hotel before and I get impression that most of the rooms may need some technical attention.

As always, Ibis in Szczecin does what I expect of a hotel. Nice location close to city center. Nice and helpful employees. I always recommend Ibis Szczecin Centrum to friends and colleagues if they travel to Szczcein.

It was raining hard so got taxi from railway station. Pleasant reception, small but clean room, ate at restaurant but my chicken undercooked, basketball team rather took over at breakfast, big chaps! But a good value stay.
