Panie Grzegorzu, dziękujemy za podzielenie się swoją opinią. Przede wszystkim przepraszamy, że pobyt w ibis Szczecin Centrum nie spełnił Pana oczekiwań. Szczególnie poważnie traktujemy uwagi dotyczące czystości. Zabrudzone wykładziny w częściach wspólnych zdecydowanie nie są standardem, jaki chcemy zapewniać naszym Gościom. Rozumiemy również Pana zastrzeżenia dotyczące stanu wind i ogólnego wyglądu budynku. Pana komentarz przekażemy odpowiednim osobom, aby wskazane kwestie mogły zostać zweryfikowane. Cieszymy się, że mimo tych niedogodności nasz zespół, śniadanie oraz Wi-Fi zostały ocenione nieco lepiej. Szkoda jednak, że nie wystarczyło to, aby pobyt był dla Pana pozytywnym doświadczeniem. The slow-draining shower and, in particular, the door not always locking properly are issues we take seriously.
