The setting is very cozy and the atmosphere was relaxing which was the one I needed so 10/10 for that and the waitress (Kinga) was very kind and gave some good recommendations for drinks and food so I would highly recommend this place to my friends.

hotel was all fine rooms of a decent standard however there were roadworks right outside my room which started early so spoilt my stay due to the noise and interrupted sleep, not the hotels fault but if the hotel was not full then I should have had a room on the less noisy side of the building, my friends who I travelled with did not experience this problem.

I had a good stay. The stuff was friendly (although the bartender lady with fake nails, well... wearing gloves may be more hygenic). The room was clean and comfortable.

I like the room, it was clean, and the executive, meant coffee and bathrope, compared to the other ones. Check in was nice and I got a room away from street like requested. There was still a lot of noise, I think from the railroad. Not much you can do about that, aside from expensive solutions, like changing windows. Maybe worthwhile in exec rooms ? The aircon did not function very well, and it was warm. The reason for the experience rating was the bed. It was terrible. no top madras, and I think a wet sleeper blanket also underneath. Result warm and hard madras to lie in, my wife thought the same. The pillow, not good either. I think you should upgrade the beds, at least for the exec rooms. Even just top madras and better pillows would move from 4 to 8 or 9, compared to the price.
