Good. We stayed there 13 months ago. Food was exceptional then. Now it’s good, but nowhere near as good as it was then. Outside of the restaurant, most of the staff remains unfriendly, but I think that’s just Szczecin. Case in point, I went to the desk to ask for my drink voucher and the front desk said it’s on the app. I told them I didn’t know that and that I’d always received vouchers. He responded by telling me that it was new and they’ve only been doing it for a couple of weeks. Really? You’ve only been doing it a couple weeks, didn’t tell me, and are somehow surprised I asked?

Front desk team worked professional. However, I'm disappointed of Bar/Restuarant staff. I was at desk 2 min after closing kitchen and my wife asked about anything to eat ...respond was quite abrupt and not nice - "no way we are closed". I have no issue with it, but way of communications should be changed. Then I wanted to use my "welcome drink coupon" she was in hurry (I think she was tired - 10 min past 11.00 p.m and try to push me to quicker swipe my e-coupon in the phone application. I 've been worked in the hospitality industry for many years and I would not accept that kind of service to my customers.
