The hotel room was clean, well maintained, and very friendly and helpful at check-in. However, I couldn't sleep well. The bed is perfect for one person, but not suitable for two - if one person turns over, the other is awake. The sauna was too small and too dark, it was difficult to find your way around. There was no shelf for glasses. The person at the entrance gave the impression that they were afraid of foreign languages. The same thing happened at breakfast - when the coffee machine needed cleaning, we went to the staff to ask for help. The staff were suddenly gone.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The service was exceptional—staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout my stay. The hotel itself was spotless, and my room was not only clean but also very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day. Additionally, the location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and everything I needed just around the corner. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The setting is very cozy and the atmosphere was relaxing which was the one I needed so 10/10 for that and the waitress (Kinga) was very kind and gave some good recommendations for drinks and food so I would highly recommend this place to my friends.

hotel was all fine rooms of a decent standard however there were roadworks right outside my room which started early so spoilt my stay due to the noise and interrupted sleep, not the hotels fault but if the hotel was not full then I should have had a room on the less noisy side of the building, my friends who I travelled with did not experience this problem.
