I stayed at the hotel couple of times and always is making me feel welcome. Rooms are comfortable, clean and tidy. Food at Restuarant is delicious, especially fish soup. Hope to visit them shortly.

My Platinum card was not recognised. Only when I complained did they investigate to see if it was real and could be used for my visit. No upgrade offered. Finally a free beer. Room was on the first floor with a lot of traffic noise.

The windows are not sound proof. It was nearly impossible to sleep dur to the traffic.

We can assure you, we had much calmer rooms in our hotel and even good location and main city streets in the neighbor can be more tolerable. We promise you to keep for you one of that room, if you'll visit us again, only asked about it during check-in. Nice rooms quite good sleep. Clean tidy Resteraunt was good, food good and enough. Nice cocktail bar pleasant. Service Personnel very nice carefor and gives you a warm welcome and good info. Good all around. Thankyou.

Room has not been cleaned in one week and garbage not collected

I made a reservation to have a good time and get the reward points. I was rebooked from Ibis to Novotel due to overbooking, but I was deprived of points on that stay.

Dear, I mostly value and appreciate Accors accomodation. That was not the case during my last two trips, Poznan and Sczeczin. Both were on weekend days, despite a far from fully booked hotel rooms were given on street side. In Sczeczin it concerns room 348, where you here literally every movement on the very loud public street below. Above that, I got a standard room but prebooked a family room to have a bit more space. That latter appeared not to be available. More attention to service should be given and frankly, the poor sound insulation in both hotels will keep me from visiting them again.

I been coming to novotel in Szczecin for 12 years and i have been Happy about this but this year all was change. We came to the hotel after driving 9 hours and just want to swim but the pool was close and have been for 18 months, dont know why we dont get a note about this course this was something my chillden was looking forward to. In-sted i have to buy access to Radissons swimmingpool, not ok. Then the breakfest was nothing like it was before, i dont know if is becurse guest from another 2 star hotel is also having breakfest there, but for a 4 star is was not good. So until this is fixed i Think this is a 2 star hotel and the prices could be like this, and atleast teel guest before the come that there is no pool and buffet are not what is was, the new rooms was very fine.

We are really disappointed about very low score from your side and so disappointed of your words about our facility. Pool is closed since long time for several reasons and until further notice and you can read it in all booking channel and receive that kind of information if you'll contact direct with us. If you'll planned next trip to Szczecin you can call to us and receive alll details you needs about the stay. We don't change a bit in other case, but if you think different we need to accept it. Hopefully next stay will meet your expectations more, than last time. Best regards,

Fortunately my big guy will never potty inappropriately, but that is certainly not true of most pets. The breakfast was a joke. Too many guests trying to be served by rude, nasty faced, employees. Guests could not touch any of the food products, which were doled out in tiny amounts by the staff, and Guests were not allowed to see what was available in the steam trays. The service was described by the manager on staff as requires by Covid, which everyone agrees with, but the coffee and juice machines were touched by everyone standing in line.

Staff at the front desk seemed annoyed no hello or good day at check in

The room was not really clean, the room was partially damaged. Feedback on cleanliness has often been given in the past, never a reaction from the hotel yet not seems to take this feedback. What made me particularly disappointed, that here as a guest of the once every month there will be nocturnal welcome. As at the last stay no welcome at the front desk.
