Here is what I feedback to the hotel after got racist: - the girl is local German look - when my first say hi to her, she not even look at my face by keep typing and just to me to wait because she busy(please check in CCTV), totally bad service mind - she just typing and stay by herself, a new comer just stay behind her and she doesn‘t training to him (no conversation at that moment) - But when another man come to counter, she can immediately stop typing and service him —> she ignore me which coming first, not even look at me - then when that man leaving, she have no choice to refuse me anymore. She check my booking, but didn’t finish yet then another man come to interrupt again. - what she did is stop service me while I’m keep waiting for my room card - yes, she have a good service to both man and back to me with bad mode look - she not even pay attention with my case, told me my room was at 1st floor, but the card she write is room no. 333 - I’m keep repeat to make sure is this really at 1st floor, she said yes. But look upset to me always. - finally it really wrong floor, 333 is at 3rd floor - if her excuse is keep busy with training new comer, her react is doesn’t make sense and totally lied by all above reason. - Why she can serve that 2 men with good service mode, but talk to me very upset and trying to refuse my stay???
