Checked in online for fast service, but at 15.45 p.m. the apartment was not ready yet. We could choose between "slow check-in" or waiting??!! In the evening there a short-cut with the elektricy. Instead of the apartment we had to move to a studio. No help or apoligize at all. After that we found out that the studio was handled for 1 person en not for two. So, shortage of towels and the comforter on the bed was for 1 person. we had to handle extra towels and comforter by ourselves. No help and no apoligizes. Next morning we coul move back to the first apartment. No help and no apoligizes. We have got refunding for the price difference studio and apartment.

Well situated and with nice rooms. Breakfast was good and service friendly. The bed was very hard, wich my wife liked - but my back was not pleased 😏.

Though it's a perfect location, I found rooms very congested. Breakfast should be more inclusive & considerable for vegetarian people. I did not find anything good in a breakfast. If you have people visiting from India or similar places, breakfast should be changed a bit.
