Asked if we could get two rooms close together (kids7&9) - got two rooms far apart - went back to ask again —> got an irritated respons from personeel AND two rooms right next to each other with an open door. Also stood 10 minutes at desk just to ask for a parking token we had not been given

When we arrived there was missing a child bed, when i asked for it i got some wierd comments about why my kid could’nt sleep in the big bed. There was clearly mould in the room and bathroom… We also forgot something in the room and tried calling 9 times with no answer and no one called back. Wrote an e-mail, also no answer. We will not be using Ibis again, waste off money.

Great location, room and breakfast good value for money. Parking garage was an important facility for this particular trip. Only criticism, is that the rooms could come with additional pillows.
