Location very conveniently close to airport bus, railway station, grocery store, parks and tram line. The hotel itself was nice and clean and good value for relatively cheap price. Room was well sized for two adults and two small children

I know Ibis are budget hotels, but this was lacking a bit even taking that into account. Specifically: water turning cold while taking a shower, air conditioning not working but the window could also not be opened — I fled the room because the sun was shining into it, heating it up rapidly. I was checking out anyway, but on a multi day stay that would have been unpleasant. WiFi only worked after I unplugged and re-plugged the TV. Breakfast in a basement that could be a bomb shelter. On the plus side: perfect location, very friendly and helpful staff, no complaints there!

The hotel is in a great location, and was clean and well cared-for, and the staff was helpful. But there were so many little annoyances I was happy when I checked out. First, the TV seemed ancient. Not a smart TV, and I was not able to successfully cast my phone to stream my own shows. The hairdryer only worked for about 30-45 seconds at a time, then I had to let it "rest" for 3-5 minutes before it would work again. Also, the shower seemed fine on day one, but on day two and three the water was at best lukewarm. The desk lamp cord was very frayed and on my last day the lamp stopped working altogether. I went downstairs to grab lunch one day, only to be told there was no food service. No further explanation was given. That would have been nice to know at check-in! And for some reason my room wasn't serviced on my last full day. Overall, the hotel is fine. But all those small things added up to make an unstatisfactory stay for me. I hate to be negative, and nothing was TERRIBLE, but I just did not enjoy being there.
