It was a nice stay. Plenty of space. A bit noisy from the outside, but overall was a good place to stay and close to the train station.

As it was down town Riga I was afraid it would be a bit noisy. But as the hotel room was located towards the back yard it was very quiet. But then the noise started… The hotel has some kind of compressor that starts and stops at all times of the day/night. It’’s noisy and the hole room was shaking! Woke me up every night during my 4 night stay. Most of the staff was friendly and polite, but at some point during my stay someone walked into the room and bathroom where I was naked on my way into the shower! Confronted the staff with this and they said someone got the wrong key card! So they have given someone else axes to my room that was not the staff!! They took no self-criticism on this, almost seamed like this was something that happened all the time!!! All in all it’s a central cheap place to stay if you are a heavy sleeper and don’t mind unwanted visitors in the shower. But I’m not staying there again!

The location is perfect. The breakfast however is limited. The room lacks amenities. No electric kettle and no fridge. However, the TV can connect to youtube. The room is not sound Prof. I could hear people walking outside the room some small chatter. The reception are quite welcoming.
