With regard to the air conditioning, please note that, due to energy efficiency requirements and building regulations, the system is designed to cool guest rooms to a minimum temperature of 22°C. While we understand that some guests may prefer a lower temperature, the system cannot be adjusted beyond this setting. Regarding the windows, we understand your concerns. As our ADAGIO is located in a high-rise building, safety regulations do not permit the windows to be fully opened. However, they can be tilted to provide fresh air and ventilation. We greatly value your feedback, as it helps us identify areas where we can improve and enhance the experience of our guests. Thank you once again for bringing these matters to our attention. L’appart hôtel est très sympa avec une chambre tout confort et pratique. C’est silencieux. Le petit dej est très bon, avec un bonus gaufres délicieuses. Il est idéalement situé : à 3 arrêts de la gare en tram. Le quartier ne craint pas. Le centre historique est également accessible en tram (au pied de l’immeuble) ou en métro (a 7 min à pied). Je recommande vivement.

Belle expérience. Accueil chaleureux. Environnement agréable et propre. Appartement propre, bien équipé et répondant à mes attentes. Sécurisation de l’accès à l’intérieur de l’hôtel et autonomie des Clients avec les cartes. Je recommande néanmoins de prévoir au moins deux bouteilles d’eau, un peu de café, de thé et du sucre de sorte que le Client puisse être mieux accueilli en ayant de quoi se rafraichir ou réchauffer avant de pouvoir sortir faire ses courses d’approvisionnements pour le séjour. D’autre part vu que le ménage se fait une fois par semaine, je recommande si ce n’est le cas de mettre en place un système de monitoring d’utilisation régulière de la carte clé afin de vous assurer que le Client va bien et sort et entre surtout pour ceux qui sont seuls. Cela peut aider en cas de crises d’un Client qui est seul. Cela rassurera plus les voyageurs seuls. Un peu cher mais la renommée, le luxe et la qualité du bâtiment abritant l’hôtel peuvent le justifier. Je recommanderai bien l’hôtel et je reviendrai avec plaisir.
