However, we sincerely apologize for the shortcomings you experienced with the preparation of your room. Empty soap dispensers and tissue boxes are certainly not in line with the standards we aim to provide. Regarding the refrigerator, please note that all refrigerators are intentionally switched off after a guest's departure as part of our sustainability efforts and energy-saving measures. Guests are welcome to switch them on at any time during their stay if they wish to use them. Nevertheless, we regret if this was not communicated clearly and caused any inconvenience. With regard to the air conditioning, please note that, due to energy efficiency requirements and building regulations, the system is designed to cool guest rooms to a minimum temperature of 22°C. While we understand that some guests may prefer a lower temperature, the system cannot be adjusted beyond this setting. Regarding the windows, we understand your concerns. As our ADAGIO is located in a high-rise building, safety regulations do not permit the windows to be fully opened. However, they can be tilted to provide fresh air and ventilation. We greatly value your feedback, as it helps us identify areas where we can improve and enhance the experience of our guests. Thank you once again for bringing these matters to our attention.
