Dear Mr. D. N., Thank you very much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback with us. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the comfort of your room and appreciated our central location. We also appreciate your comments regarding the flooring. The floors in these areas are made of natural marble, a material which can absorb moisture over time. This can result in natural discoloration which, unfortunately, cannot always be completely removed. We fully understand, however, that its appearance may have affected your impression of the room. We are also sorry to hear that you missed the personal attention you expected during your stay. Providing attentive and individual service is an important part of the Sofitel experience, and we regret that we did not fully deliver this on this occasion. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide you with an even more enjoyable experience on your next visit to Frankfurt. Warm regards, Moritz Himmelreich Junior Rooms Division Executive
